I have NOT yet taken any dick pills, and I am in my late 40s. I find that it is much more difficult to maintain erections for long bangs and multiple bangs, and increasingly, it has been getting more difficult in the past several years for me.



I work out and I eat pretty well and I sleep pretty well, and I even find women who really turn me on, but still, this guy's weiner just does NOT work like it did 10 years ago or even 15 years ago when I was in my early to mid-30s.

I figure that sooner or later, I am either going to have to start taking testosterone or to start to take dick pills; however, if there are various natural remedies, then certainly I am all for that as a preferable solution.

I should probably bring up the subject with my doctor just to see what he says, though I am disinclined to make a special appointment just for that.

I am fairly certain that a large number of doctors are going to ask the patient what the patient wants to do, such as checking testosterone levels and maybe prescribing medications... Doctor's do NOT usually know shit about diet and/or supplements (and even if they did know about these areas, they are likely NOT going to be authorized to recommend non-standard of care type measures to the extent that any of those measures may conflict with standards of care - though they may have more freedoms in the ED arena as compared with their restrictions in dealing with metabolic disease issues such as weight, cardiac, diabetes and those areas).

It is possible that many doctors would just write a prescription, if a guy is in his 40s and beyond or maybe if there is some fairly obvious health related explanation for having ED issues (such as if the guy is overweight or out of shape); however, I would imagine that in some circumstances, doctors may be inclined to probe further, including recommending checking testosterone levels... especially if a guy is young and if a guy does NOT provide a decent explanation. Surely, doctors will vary in terms of their approach and the level to which they will cooperate with requests of a patient. We agree on some components, but when it comes down to the recommendation of statins, the standards of care mandate that regular establishment doctors push statins and recommend low fat diets. My doc and I have seemed to reached a truce, and we seem to agree to disagree regarding the appropriate course of action in regard to statins and diet.

It would be interesting to hear if any guys had any issues getting a prescription for an ED drug - or if doctors are inclined to perform any tests (such as testosterone levels or anything else, such as heart issues) prior to writing a prescription?

My TRT doc had no problem whatsoever writing a Cialis prescription. The real question is: will your insurance cover it? Because it's like $260 for 6 pills otherwise. That is not a typo.

Those are the kinds of prices that seem more reasonable, and I suppose many overseas locations (especially third world locations) have fairly competitive prices for generic pills - yet maybe there is a need to be careful to get one that sufficiently and adequately replicates the ingredients of the name-brand version.

So in my experimentation with nootropics I've used L-Tyrosine a number of times. While its actually mental effects are mediocre, I've noticed a side effect of it giving me a massive libido boost. I normally have a high libido, but I've stopped taking L-Tyrosine because its made it uncontrollable. Anecdotal reports suggest that L-Tyrosine is a potent libido booster, but I didn't read any of this until after wondering why my libido was so high.

I took it 1g at a time. So, for anyone that's interested, L-Tyrosine is the best libido booster I've tried thus far

I can attest to the quality of this product (purchased through ClearSkyPharmacy about 6 months ago).

I’ve had it side-by-side with Cialis, and it achieves the same effect.

No problem at all. I often combine alcohol and kamagra (generic viagra), never had a problem. The pills will get you rockhard and the alcohol will increase your stamina. Your girl will probably get sore before you finish but she will love you for it.

One thing: wait at least two hours after eating before taking the pills. Otherwise they can cause indigestion. (I think the PDE5 inhibitor also relaxes the oesophageal sphincter and this causes the indigestion feeling, but I'm not sure about this). Carbonated drinks can cause this as well.

I've never tried cialis or viagra, but an alternative might be Yohimbe. I believe it is less effective than the aforementioned, but it has worked tremendously for me in the last few weeks And it stays in your system for about 40 minutes and is really inexpensive at aroud 25-30$
