Anybody else ever experience this? Last night I had a lazy first date with a girl (25 yrs old, grad student) and we just chilled at a small table in a wine bar drinking gin and vodka respectively. We had a good time - laughed, talked about our travels abroad, education, upbringing, politics, etc.

At the end I said "hey let me give you a ride to your car" knowing her car was like 20 steps away. She laughingly said "sure" and I drove her by her car. Leaned over for kiss and she was receptive, but wouldn't open her mouth. Just lip shit - and then I was kind of like "well obviously she's not feeling it" and pulled away, but then she initiated ANOTHER shitty kiss that went the same way. Just odd. I know my bresh was cool b/c I'm fastidious, and was drinking plain vodka with fresh mint AND popped a gum. Any ideas or anybody else experience this ever? I've probably made out with like 400 chicks and this was a first for me. Obviously I was trying to escalate with my hands and tongue both but didn't feel like going over the top for a fuckin kiss anyway - it's not like I had her on my bed and was going for the bang. Think I want to see her again, guess I'll just chalk it up to an idiosyncracy on her part for now...

It's a shit-test. Don't get flustered, just keep kissing and kissing her closed mouth. Use your tongue to play around on her lips. Have fun with it, gently jabbing, pulling away, kissing around the edges of her mouth, etc.

Her one hope is that you get impatient and/or flustered. At this point, you have eternal patience. She'll wear down as soon as she understands that she can't outwait you. Then, her mouth (and more than that) will open.

I met one girl like this before but they are very rare. Although most girls like it, some girls don't like open mouth kissing. There are some girls out there who will fuck you yet never do open mouth kisses.

If open mouth kissing is important for you then this girl does meet your requirements. Dump her.

This happens more often with un-experienced Asian girls. Don't worry, the more you see them and kiss them the more they will start opening up. Also once you get to bang her, this will fade away rapidly.

Great point FretDancer. After I replied asking OP why he didn't try to take her home my next thought was "I wonder if she was Asian?" I've experienced this a lot and if they were conservative in their upbringing it's a common occurrence...

This. I had this girl once that had no problem in giving me head but wouldnt open her mouth for a kiss because "the tongue freaked her out".

If its an issue to you, then just go for the next one. If its irrelevant, fuck away.

Yeah, funny and ironic thing though is that once you bang them and they start to learn how to kiss real good, they don't want to stop kissing you, even when you are pulling back.

I have had this before when I was younger.

She has never learned how to kiss.

She is super inexperienced. No one has ever shown her.

Either that or some strange phobia she has. But I have never experienced that.

Or she is just a straight up weirdo. Which is also a strong possibility in this day and age. But you would be better able to answer that one than us.

Yea girls in Grad School for the most part are nerds. Its changing now a bit but still ALOT of nerdy chics in Grad School are off on the basics. I've been in the situation where the girl could kiss, she was fun to get with but just making out and getting to that sexual mode was a hassle. She did not know how to relax and was too, dramatic when were just making out shit was wack. Its like she watched Soap Operas and tried to mimic what they did when they made out, chic literally tried to roll around with me in her bed like it was Day's of our Lives.

Its probably best she didn't if she was in-experienced. Nothing more awkward then a chic whom can't do the basics of a decent tongue kiss.

Yeah no kissing is tricky because that's probably 50% (at least) of getting girls wet is a great makeout - your tongue gently and expertly probing her mouth and lightly rolling around against hers is obviously a mental sex trigger. I'm really wondering if this girl just isn't into me though because her text followup to mine just now seems weak. I'll let ya'll know how it results.
