I've approached several girls that fit the following model. In the pub she will act slutty, makes out with multiple guys (mostly her social circle I suppose), but sometimes with a stranger like me. I have attempted my best weaseling tactics, but she raises objections that she is not a cheap slut and doesn't fuck random dudes, forcing me to back off.
Then I switch to plan B and try lure her into a relationship. She then objects with an argument that she is too independent for that.
Assuming that weaseling is really really unfeasible, how should I pass the "independent" shittest (either by texting, or meeting her again by accident)?

How are you escalating with her sexually? If she's saying she doesn't fuck random dudes, she fucks random dudes. The reason she says she doesn't is because you're doing something wrong, especially if you're getting the same response from several girls.

I imagine you're not building enough comfort and not showing enough value. You want her to be chasing you but it sounds like you're chasing her and going in for the kill when the signs aren't there. How have you been running game on them? Teasing, push pull?

She has an excuse ready for you for everything you're throwing for her. You tell me, what do YOU think you did wrong?

I am talking about girls who I've made out and kissed with.
Once I fucked it up by overreacting when she flaked on me (I sent 2 texts in a row and tried calling her)
Another girl, she jumps straight on me and we are making out at a party, but suddenly she wants to escape, telling that I'm drunk and I only want to fuck her. I didn't let her go, told that I really liked her, we kissed some more, but in the end she ran away and never came back looking for me. I think I failed the "you're drunk" shittest.
This third girl, she approaches me, we flirt, then kiss, then she goes on flirting and kissing other dudes (from her social circle). I thought I might stick around with their group, acting cool and not butthurt, and more opportunities arise to make out and build a connection. In the end of the party I tried in vain to weasel, later on I get the "independent" shittest by sms. I think this is a type of girl who likes to have fun, tease dudes, get her dose of attention, and leave everybody blue-balled, i.e. a cocktease, not serious about fucking (or maybe I'm just rationalizing my failure). I see her in another party, ignore her, and go to approach other girls successfully. She's all butthurt and complains by texting that I didn't greet her. I tease her some more, but this only alienates her further
