"Murderer" actor is lucky he didn't get himself killed. What if somebody threw the fire extinguisher instead of spraying? I can promise you if a stunt like this were pulled around here, the murderer would have a few holes in him. I shudder to think about the court proceedings if someone shot the actor in good faith, believing his life and the other dude's life to be in danger. Stunts like this are a really bad idea. They go against the timeless lesson about the boy who cried 'Wolf.'
