GLUT of Foot Massage Places- How do they all stay in Business????
Anybody have any thoughts on why there are so many foot-massage places opening up.

Theres at least 2 on every block here in LA.

They advertiste prices at 25 dollars/hour.

A lot of stores are shutting down here, yet massage places pop up like mad.

Thoughts?

The ones here are teahouses also but theyre in Chinatown. I dont know about the tofu eating, SWPL ones yall got. Maybe theye massages/spas to bust a nut.

Ok but 2 on every block? Money-launderers choose all-cash biz from what I understand.

I personally think its an immigration scam. They cycle people in and out of these places and give them work opportunities in exchange for visas.

Its a diff type of an immigration scam. An immigrant business visa requires 1 mil investment over 2 years in order to qualify for a green card. Or 500k in a disadvantaged area. Also you need to have 10 employees. So this allows to swish the same 50 - 100 k back n forth and pay minimum taxes as it is expense deduction heavy

I get those. Same with Nail Salons. Same with 24 hour salons.

But if you were to stroll through high ass rent lower manhattan, you'll see tons of Tarot Card Readers. Mafiya? Jewish Mafia? Tax Write Offs?
