The Charlton County district attorney charged DaNita Wilson, 32, with seven counts of sexual assault, and more charges may still be pending, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said.

"After we began the investigation, there was enough that developed to arrest Ms. Wilson," bureau assistant special agent in charge Stacy Carson said. "The investigation is still ongoing."

Six of the victims are over the age of 16, the legal age of consent in Georgia, while the seventh was 15 years old, Carson said. One was a former student who has since graduated.

"Some of the (relationships) had been going on for at least one year or longer," Carson said.

Wilson has also been suspended with pay, in accordance with regulations, until she has a formal hearing regarding her employment.

District officials began the inquiry Monday after receiving a complaint about the teacher.

"We received information within the school system," said Charlton County Schools Superintendent John Lairsey. "The main meetings continued on Tuesday. At that point, we got the sheriff's office and GBI involved, and (Wilson) was removed from class before lunch."

Lairsey, who used to be the principal at Charlton County High School where Wilson worked, said he knew her.

"There was no reason, no indication, that this would occur," he said.

Wilson has been at the school for a decade, he said. She typically taught ninth-grade math.

Lairsey escorted Wilson to waiting local and state investigators, he said.

"I gave her a letter explaining her suspension, and I transferred her to their custody," he said. "There was very little dialogue."

High school Principal Joshua M. Howard sent a letter Wednesday informing all parents of "inappropriate conduct by an employee," offering counseling services to students and assuring parents of their children's safety.

"We are dedicated to the well-being to all of our students and are fully cooperating with the GBI and their investigation," Lairsey said. "Anytime a school system employee or teacher commits an act that is inappropriate, that gives us a black eye on educators everywhere."

Wilson's bond was set at $35,000, $5,000 for each count of sexual assault. No other court dates have been set.

Lairsey said a hearing regarding Wilson's job would be scheduled within 10 days.

"I will be recommending termination," he said. "We're just shocked and disappointed. And it's just hard to believe. Just disappointed and disheartened that people we put our trust in would violate that trust."

To know exactly how many counts (legally), they need to establish when these "relationships" started. Most are at or above the age of consent NOW, but may not have been when she first got banged out by some of them. They only have a face pic, but this one looks like a chubby. I've been messing with girls and a manboob IRL by telling them to "check their cis-womyn privilege at the door (just saying female privilege works better)" and saying bullshit like "female privilege ensures that more men are treated like sperm banks and bank accounts by womyn who used the law to prevent them from being fathers" and "sex-positive feminism is a vestige of the patriarchy in that it promotes rape culture by objectifying womyn as sex objects".

A pretty golden one-liner though is "female privilege ensures that men are five times more likely to commit suicide".

I could use some more lines if you could think some up. What I've learned though is that if you throw enough of their technobabble bullshit back at them, they go completely nuts. I get that this post is lame as hell and is veering into bitter MRA territory but when you speak their language it hits a nerve. They think that making up big words makes them special. I just wish the genders studies department was slightly bigger.

I bet she gets less than one year for each of the seven we know she got banged out by. There was a female teacher in the Cincinnati area last year that got busted banging at least five male students, she got less than five years.

I once worked with a bitter old feminist who I wouldn't have touched if I was drunk and on acid and crack. Since we had a HR department, I needed to be careful how I responded to her stupidity ("We don't need a men's health day because every day is men's health day" and "Older parents are much better because they bring such wisdom to children" were two of her gems).

But your lines seem like they're custom-made for bitches at work, since they're HR-proof. What is she gonna do? Complain that you cited a statistic that men commit suicide at a high rate?

Anyway, when dealing with a she-beast, your ideas seem like the best I've heard. And since you're not coming off as desperate or insecure, they won't lose you points with nice-looking women who happen to be in the vicinity overhearing such things. Because we all know those nice-looking women are the real targets of the she-beasts and want to take them down as bad as we do, if not more.

Sorry I have none to add, but this is where you can go to MRAs like Glenn Sacks or Paul Elam (or even Dr. Helen) and grab some stats from their blogs to use in arguments. The latest big subject is boys in education.

I personally don't see any problem with her fucking her students, and when I become emperor I'll abolish statutory rape laws, or at least lower them to some time relative to puberty.

The girl I lost my virginity to told me that she lost hers to her 32 year old next door neighbor when she was 11. I saw no problem with it then, and I still don't. Neither did she.

Just because there is unfair treatment of men, I don't see the scales being balanced by making equal shitty treatment to women. When there is no harm, there should be no punishment.

32 and 11 is going too far for me, but I don't see how high school teachers banging high school students with consent is a crime. A failure of parenting, perhaps, but not an act that deserves criminal recourse and the resources of the criminal justice system.

I still think that sex with students should be banned because teachers have the power to change a student's grade. Some of my friends made enemies with a teacher or two and got kicked off athletic teams for trivial bullshit. I had two or three teachers who really did not like me in high school while I was growing up (one male, two females) and as a result I never got above a B- in these classes. Otherwise I was an A student.

Fast forward two years, now a senior in high school and I take a college level class (not exactly true in hindsight, but it was the highest class offered in the same department two other teachers were in) and I was getting easy A+ grades based on the quality of my work. I took the AP exam and got the highest score in school. The teacher (a dude, not suprisingly) often read from sections of my papers in class as talking points for future lectures. He was probably the toughest but most fair teacher I've ever had, and he inspired everybody to completely work their asses off.

If bitchy teachers picking favorites and least-favorites among students has that big of an influence on a student's grade, then a teacher going out and fucking students will have serious repercussions on academic integrity. Suppose a 16 year old guy got her clothes off, surveyed the wreckage of bad living and maternity, and just walked out of the janitor's closet? The sky's the limit on how she could go about making his high school experience shit but worst case scenario, she could give a false rape allegation.

We can't simply make it okay for adult authority figures to fuck students. As some of you touched on, do we REALLY want to unleash male teachers on the student body of young, nubile girls? Are we going to be cool with male teachers knocking up teen girls? NOPE. Never happen. The whole premise behind statutory rape is that before a certain age, minors simply cannot legally grant consent, no matter how much they appear to be okay with it. While it may be true that less damage is done to the average teen male in these kinds of incidents than teen females, you still have the worst case scenario of Mary Kay LeTourneau and Vili Fulau in the Seattle area, where that crazy bitch got knocked up twice by him and ruined his life. That was a case of an adult CONTROLLING a minor child, in that she "fell in love" with him when he was about 12. As parents, you don't send your kid to school to either get pussy from, or get fucked by adults. If it's going to happen, it should be with another teen. We can't make it okay for adults to do that.

A lot of good points were made - students can sell sex for grades, and parents want to be protective of young girls virginity. We'd want to avoid teachers fucking students.

Why not just fire them? Do we need the governments help to control sex? Some universities now also have policies forbiding sex between teachers and students. They don't go so far as to jail the teachers, but that seems a strong disincentive.

Obviously I'm not fond of the justice system. Grey areas can't be addressed by it. Sometimes a girl is physcially and psychologically ready to fuck, and has fucked, and wants to be fucked and would not be harmed by being fucked, but the guy goes to jail for it - even if he doesn't know she is underage. I don't see that the government manages the issue well - nor can it. I'd rather they get out of that game altogether.

If I fucked my teacher as a teen, I'd be bummed if she got 5 years for it.

I always prayed I had a teacher that was dtf. Reading stories in the newspapers about teachers going to jail in the states when I was in highschool made me think the guys who ratted them out were the biggest dipshits in the world.
