day game question - help
I was at Barnes and Nobles today and I saw this really cute girl there. When I was at the register I struck up a conversation with her. She used to live near my city, but now she lives 40 minutes away. I told next time you are around I will take you out for a drink. I wrote down my number and gave it to her. She blushed and asked for my name at which point I introduced myself and she did the same

My question: are the circumstances when its OK for a guy to give out the number? I didn't ask for her number, it all happened so fast. If the plan backfires at me and she doesnt text or call, can i go back and ask her for the number without looking like a creeper?

thanks,

Heimo

If your plan backfires, don't go ask just for the number. Chat her up and make plans on the spot.

Just grab numbers, never give yours out. There is no upside to giving out your number unless you want to see if she is an easy snl.

Done this in the past it's useless, now if you run ino her and she didn't message you it's dead because she never contacted you ie: you let her decide. When you let a girl decide you usually get burned.

Usual course of action for me, get number then text your name to her after interaction. No message just first name, so when you initiate contact, if she doesn't respond there is 100% certainty she knows who you are and 100% certainty that if she doesn't respond she wasn't interested. This is my style though, cut to the chase in the fastest way possible w/I being desperate.

Also when I text my name, I never "check" to see if she got it, play it by feel either as your walking away and she sees you throw it in your pocket like you don't care or two as your chatting if you can make it fun.

Here is one thing I didn't and that should have been a clue for me in the first place. I made eye contact with her twice before I went to the register. So i might have blown this one.

Thanks for the tip man

Try for an insta-date while you have her in front of you. If you or her can't logistically make it happen that day say "Hey i enjoyed our conversation, give me your number before you runaway and turn into a pumpkin"

Can you elaborate on this?

Is giving out your number and seeing if she contacts you a good way of screening if a chick is up for a quick lay?

Keep it simple. Always try to get her number so you take the wheel. This is my prime directive when approaching.

Lol just opened up chick in an airport bookstore. She was on her iPhone walking around. I ask 'wanna know which book not to read?' I point to 50 shades of grey. Big smile and tells me she hasn't read it but all her friends loved it. Said she took a 50 shades workout class yada yada she was married
