I think Washington DC is notorious for having huge big black women with government careers that don't have a mate. Not sure those big black women are who roosh would be targeting.

When you take them out of the equation the numbers are a lot less favorable for men

It's well known that the west coast, in general, has more men, and the east coast has more women. I doubt DC is worse than the west coast. being a foreigner is going to be an advantage in the US, as is being a foreigner in almost any country.

I don't trust the numbers. Women tend to live at home into their forties. It allows them more free cash to spend on clothes and beauty in order to land a higher status man. Can you imagine a woman in her prime 18-28 living alone in a one bedroom and paying $1000 a month on rent? Not likely.

I thought about that article for a few minutes trying to figure out what living alone has to do with anything. Most single people live with roommates, that's just the way it is in expensive cities. Other than some logistical considerations, it hardly factors into what makes one person attractive relative to another.

Then I scrolled down and saw this:

Actually the opposite. The Black scene in the DC area can be your savior if you happen to be living there. DC has some the top Black female talent on America and differs heavy from the regular scene. In DC you have boatloads of attractive girls of Nigerian and Ethiopian/ Eritrean decent and heritage, the schools are packed with hot International Blacks whom are med students and Instagram models, while Howard U is pack to the brim with hot African American girls.

When I spent time down thier I actively trolled some convocations, the best being a GW Nursing Convocation which was packed full of Nigerian lizards! I swooped a girl who's sister was graduating, she was barly 18, half Singapore and Nigerian, but lived in fuking Bethesda so I kinda had to let that die.

The only pre requisite you need is to be successful. These girls aren't checking for regular dudes as your competition will be highly successfull men I got dogged left and right by Black girls in DC because I had no credentials but if was on a @HerncredileCasanova level I would of done fine. Successful Black men don't share the same views as the majority of men in DC do as they have a easy pipeline to sex. The only downside is that that is that ease becomes a crutch and your regulated to Black girls only which gets boring. I know many dudes on the DC area that have never been with anything but Black in thier lives.

In his old blog posts Roosh talks about how he ran trough a bunch of Eretrian girls, and I suspect if Herncredible wanted to be could swoop fly Black women daily in DC but has grown tierd of it and wants more variety and challenges.

If your a white brother this can be scene you could exploit.
