Don't put words in my mouth. I never said ONS was wrong (ethically or whatever). I just made my purely selfish economics calculations and come to the conclusion that it's not profitable for me to purposefully pursue ONS as my regular means to get laid, unless you travel all the time.

I think the only reason why I would hesitate with one night stands is because I am hesitant to fuck someone who may be a high risk lover.

I think it is wise to feel a girl out and make sure she is not a complete whore before going for the kill.

I love one night stands, because every time I target a new girl, there's that exciting new feeling. The same one you got as a little boy when you were first learning something, like riding a bike, hitting your first home run, egging your first house/car, or finally beating world 8.

I like to think of my penis as an explorer, like the great Magellan, Cortez, De Gama, or even Columbus! How big of a boner do you think Hillary got when he scaled Mount Everest? While I remain a steadfast proponent of dating multiple chicks casually, it's mostly because of the benefits that the abundance mentality and knowing that I can have another chick in my bed within the hour if something goes south with one brings me, NOT because of the "novelty" or adventure of picking up a new chick every week or month. I enjoy seducing new chicks as much as the next guy but I really don't see how some of you are really trying to make it sound like going out and trying to get SNLs is much more rewarding a lifestyle than Sex On Demand, from one or (better yet) multiple chicks.

Being the dude that hooks chicks so you got a nice little harem of whateverships feels fucking awesome, and in the long run takes less effort, money and time to pull off. And hell, you might even get to experience some good emotions while you're at it.

I get it. Increasing the notch count or getting a new flag feels pretty good. But it feels pretty empty to me if like Hotwheels I really don't see it going anywhere. Unless I'm in a terrible dry spell, or need to refresh from a chick that's left, I rarely will hook up with a chick that doesn't offer at least some sort of interesting opening (hah!) for a fling to develop. Totally get what you mean Hotwheels but don't you think that figuring out a pattern of banging all these chicks that in your own words "turn you off" maybe says something about who you're targeting? It's not just broads I don't get along well with.

It's most everyone.

Occasionally I do run into a girl that things develop with. As I said above, "almost always something about her turns me off." Not every one, just the vast majority.

My personality is such that I do not care to be around other people a lot and I get along well with very few people in person. When I am after something I am very charming and persuasive.

After I get what I want I am cold and off putting. I do what I want when I want and hate schedules and dealing with someone else's life.

I concur with what most the others have said above.

What I enjoy about one night stands is the novelty factor. There's something about banging a new girl, knowing that you just gone from saying 'hello' for the first time and undressing her within a timespan of an hour, if even that much -- not to mention the anticipation that comes shortly before.

The opposite, namely having the same sex with the same woman every night, is what I hate about long term, monogamous relaitonships. They're pretty much like watching the same movie every night, over and over again. No matter how much of a fan you are of that movie, it's going to get boring once after a while.

I don't see how I would ever settle down for more than a year.
