I heard that taking a shower after sex helps with herpes. Somehow I can't imagine that a shower can do anything but make me feel less sticky after sex.

What if you threw a huge heaping handful of purell on your junk and nuts? Would that do anything? It's antibacterial so I figure it might take care of at least a couple of germ related diseases.

I always wrap my tool and immediately after shower and use a shitload of purell. So far so good.

I once heard that there was a anti-biotic type of gel or cream that you could put in the tip of your penis afterward, to prevent stds. As thats the place where a lot of them will take hold at first, working their way in. But I haven't actually ever seen it.

I'm pretty sure using any phenolic substance on your cock leads to desensitization, though. You should probably only do that for emergency.

Yeah, this was stuff that was meant to be inserted in the hole. I don't know what it was made of, but I can't imagine they would sell it if it would hurt you. I guess it was for those times when you hadn't used a condom.

Well think of it this way...

When you get bit by a strange dog, they say you should wash the infected area right away to prevent the rabies virus from getting into the wound. I would imagine that washing after sex would have a similar beneficial effect against STDs, though I haven't seen a good study on this. But of course don't think washing will prevent getting infected, and don't go crazy when doing it.

just do what I do, take the condom off, piss in toilet, flush, flop your dick and nuts in the sink and rinse, sometimes I even use the hand soap. Plus cleans you up so if she wants to give you head the next morning, or go at it again, you are mostly fresh.

Between Mouth Wash and Purell, I will agree with Purell, Actually any Alcohol based Desanitizer would be the best, Alcohol has excellent Antiseptic properties and kills most of the germs. so Make a habit of rubbing hand sanitizer around the genitals after sex..

2. Ceftriaxone 125 mg IM shot will protect against Gonorrhea

3.Flagyl 2 gram PO X 1 will protect against Trchomonas.

For players who are in SA, getting these medicines should not be a problem and I would carry them in my back pack while travelling, In US you can go to a physician and tell him you had unprotected sex and want prophylactic treatment.

I would also advise all the players get vaccinated for Hepatitis A and B.

1. Levonorgestrel 0.75 mg PO BID

2. For people who are in SA check if Mifeprestone 600 mg X 1 is available at a Pharmacy that will kill the fetus , This medicine is not FDA approved in US but is used in Europe and Other parts of the world and has fewer side effects then other meds.

In US Take the chick to a Physician and can get a prescription for Morning after Pill, I would consider adding these to my travelling Pharmacy.

Antibiotics can only kill bacterias, and have no effect on viruses. HIV is a virus, so is Hep. B, so is herpes and HPV.
