For booties where you just gotta say "damn, ok" the percentage i think is a little higher. In Seattle it's gotta be 2-3%. I can't imagine it's lower in LA.

But the camera angles can make merely average to good asses look incredible, so you gotta be careful with some girls.

EDIT: In these photos the girls are all in very sexy poses, like up against a wall with their hands up and backs arched. You take a girl with a good ass and put her in that position, it's gonna look top notch. So probably 6-7% of girls in Seattle can look like they have a truly great ass, while 2-3% actually do have an ass like the ones in this thread. In my age group at least.
