Hi I have as many have when you began had 'one special girl' this girl may not even be the best looking however there is something about her that attracts you. Give up it probably wont work with this girl, if your looking for advice on that one special girl you need a different kind of approach i think

Often it doesn't work, sometimes it does. There is a guy and a girl I've known for about 15 years now. This guy has been in love with this one girl for just about his whole adult life. His "oneitis" was off the charts. He's also very AFC and beta. Well, he finally ended up nabbing her. Mainly because she's getting older and found nobody else so I guess he was the best option. They'll probably be married within a couple years.

It happens, where some guy gets that one "special" girl he's been after forever. But I wouldn't recommend any guy counting on it either as you're coming from a position of weakness and a scarcity mentality.

Yeah, everyone is looking for their "perfect women" but the fact is that women doesn't exist. There are some that are a lot cooler than other, but not perfect. But even then, there are a million girls out there just as cool as the girl you are with. It's all preferrence. I've found some girls that were better at sex, some that are funner to hang out with, some really beautiful but not much more than that. There are a lot of fish in the sea. Sometimes it can take a while to find another good one if you lost one you liked a lot, but she'll eventually come around. I honestly find it takes me about 3-5 months to come across a girl I dig a lot, then usually hook up with her until she leaves the country because she is foreign.

Good synopsis. This is about exactly how it goes for me too, except I haven't been with that many foreign chicks, so they don't leave the country... but every girl wears out her welcome at some point, lol
