altering body for clothes
Just came out of the docs office, I'm 6'3.5" and 190 at the age of 20. Doc tells me to expect slightly more development as I reach my mid twenties. That, combined with heavy weight lifting, should I hold off on the purchase of clothes? If my physique is going to be altered, why waste money on clothes that won't fit me in the future? What do you guys think?

I'm going through a similar thing.
Just lift as you normally would. Have a specific goal in mind though. A certain size then you can start buying clothes that fit your body perfectly.

Buy a size bigger and the clothes will fit better as you wash them and you put on mass. Shop around and see what stores cater to your body type, brands have different torso/sleeve sizes.

I believe there are services these days, sorry I don't have a link off the top of my head, where you can pay a monthly fee and they send you new clothes every month. Like Netflix for clothes, so to speak.

Is this serious? Unless youre on a dirty bulk shooting for more than 25 pounds or doing steroids, yes you should buy clothes.
I just gained like 30 pounds in 3-4 months, my pant size went from 30 to 32 those i cant use anymore but most of my t-shirts still fit, they are a little bit tight but still.
You dont wanna end up looking like a hobo for the duration of your bulk.
It takes a lot of time before clothes dont fit no more, and maybe after gaining some weight you end up doing a cut so those old clothes would still be useful in the future.

Buy clothes, you're not going to become such a beast that quickly.

However, I bought a custom suit right before I started squatting seriously: tight pants.

When I was skinnier, my tees were tighter.

Now I am bigger, my tees are looser. Still fitted at the shoulders and waist though.

I prefer the suggestive nature of that. Combining tight shirts and big muscles is too try-hard for me.

i doubt you will put on mass fast enough to warrant new clothes right away. If you are concerned, just buy cheap basics for now, dont worry about spending a lot on quality clothes. Shop at places like H&M, JCrew, Zara, or Uniqlo. Shit even Target has some good clothes now in their Mossimo and Merino line
