Anyone read this? Or Familiar with the methods it teaches?
Reading the reviews on Amazon this thing could be a game changer. Then theres the reviews that talk about it being very unhealthy to have some kind of energy go to other parts of your body when you dont send it to your wang. Based on the 6 pages of reviews I read I wanna check it out but I wanna see if anyone on here has experience with it as I dont always trust all the Amazon reviews.

People reviewing are saying you can have a bunch of O faces with out skeeting. And saying they are more intense total body O faces.

I bought the book years back and practiced some of the techniques. It works but took a little time to get down. It helped that I was dating a girl and she was helping with the ideas. Been meaning to pickup another copy and get the technique totally down.

I don't know how long it'll last.since I'm young
but I don't have much of a refractory period.
I normally pull out. bust on the chicks back and stick it right back in.
after about the 3rd time I'll start getting soft.
I'll look this book up and find out if there's some technique I'm using or how to perfect it

I used to be like this too. I am 22 years old now and Its wearing off a bit.

I got a copy. Havent read it trough yet, but looks fine. It does have a tinting of karmic-cosmic mumbo jumbo, but if you look past that its solid.

I bought that book years ago and I tried some of the stuff in it. Then I forgot all about it.

But 352 days ago I tried again. Every single day I've been doing it and now, when I lie down, I hardly have to do anything except relax and I can have a mild orgasmic sensation pretty much all over. It's not a full orgasm, but it's quite pleasant. Only once have I had an actual proper orgasm just from breathing (and I'm always trying to recapture that). It was in my stomach. The same feeling that you get when you have an orgasm in your dick, I had that in my stomach. It was so weird and really good. As soon as it started I got very excited and as I breathed I tried to spread it upwards. It slowly started moving up towards my chest and I thought I was in for a major treat but then it quickly died down.

Like I say I do this every night, and until a couple of days ago I hadn't ejaculated fror 13 days. The effect of that is that you feel horny all the time, and sometimes you feel like you're on the verge of an orgasm. It can be slightly frustrating at times but you get used to it.

It's possible to have multiple orgasms, full body orgasms (which are so powerful that it chages you), and it's even possible to have an orgasm any time you want.

The good thing about doing this stuff is that it makes you think differently about sex. Imagine interacting with a woman who thinks she's all that and knowing that when it comes down to it it's you who has the most power, if only she was to get lucky enough to find out.

This subject should be discussed more.

It sounds interesting, but after I bust, my boner will fade anyway in the time that it takes me to remove the condom, clean up and put on another condom.

So don't ejaculate. Ejaculating drains your energy. Stop before that happens. Then start again. And again and again and again.

I read it when it acme out in the late 90s. I've actually been practicing Taoist sexual practices (as presented in The Multi-Orgasmic Man) since around 1996, when I first read Eric Steven Yudelove's The Tao & The Tree of Life. He's a direct student of Mantak Chia.

It's essentially about having multiple orgasms without shootin' your population paste, since ejaculation and orgasm are two distinct physiological phenomena.
It teaches you to hold back your ejaculation as long as you'd like.

This is an essential premise of Taoist "spirituality" and the Taoist ideas for maintaining youthful health.

If you want to get into the so-called "spiritual" aspects of the practice, read Taoist Secrets of Love: Cultivating Male Sexual Energy by Mantak Chia & Michael Winn.

This is a fantastic book, and practice with its techniques can result in mind-blowing orgasms and strange experiences.

It draws from a Chinese book called The Secret of the Golden Flower, in which may be found wildly hyperbolic claims for the mystical powers one may develop by following these practices.

In my experience, I learned to last much, much longer and have, quite simply, better, less inhibited sex.

my last ltr I could bust 2-3 separate time in one session, full on, before I was done. I could also bust in a minute or two with her, thats how much she turned me on. For me it takes a while with a gf to build up to that.

I think stressing upon men not to ejaculate, because of the view that men lose energy from ejaculation is erroneous. I do think it is a much more complex issue that this.

I do think ejaculation is a healthy and natural bodily process, however, ejaculation is different from orgasm, you can just ejaculate and not much can happen, or you can have an orgasm AND ejaculate. The latter is likely going to represent a good release for the man, which is going to be good for his health. An ejaculation, without a bio-energetic release is going to damn up his energy system.

However, ejaculating 3-10 times a session, I think is largely unhealthy (especially if done too often). Many consider this to be depletive of vital energy and a LOT of people are not aware of that depletive effect. The chinese were/are aware of this, and yet, they can take it too far the other way, into no ejaculation at all in Mantak Chias case!

For myself, it is important to "recharge" after ejaculating, and the better orgasms/sexual experiences happen after 5-7 days of not ejaculating. If I am with a partner, I can still have sex and it can be really, really good and I will not ejaculate in that time and just build energy.

However, gaining some sort of control can be a tricky practise, but it is really just learning to utilise your plumbing, and perhaps the most basic tip I have is to listen to your Johnson and respond and act accordingly. It knows.
