Thanks for welcoming me into the group, and many thanks for the positive reputation ratings. I'll try to be as thorough as possible on here.
One country I forgot to mention was Morocco. I was there really fast, just a week between four cities, but there are lots of p4p opportunities and possibly some hookup potential. The cities that you want to focus on are Tangier, Casablanca, and Marrakesh.
The women, first of all, are quite attractive. They bear an uncanny resemblance to many women from countries such as Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Brazil. They have a naturally mixed look as well, with curly hair being prevalent. Also, similar to Tunisia and Lebanon, many women choose to go uncovered by not wearing the "hijab" or "burqa." That's really refreshing from a western male perspective.
Tangier is, by far, the most liberal of Moroccan cities. It's on the Mediterranean coast, just 20 minutes south of Spain by ferry, near the island and UK territory of Gibraltar. Tangier was long an outpost for American Navymen during WWII, so it's developed a seedy reputation. It's also a crossroads of West and East, North and South, much like Istanbul and Beirut in a sense. I only had a short stay there while awaiting a flight to Tunisia, but within an hour I was approached by a hooker at a bar who was reasonably attractive. I wish I got to see the city during the day, but even in my very brief visit, the city's liberal feel was palpable. There are also many casinos and bars throughout the city. Being close to Spain, many people, including most cab drivers, speak Spanish, as well as Arabic and French, if not English. The rest of Morocco speaks, by default, Arabic and French, with Spanish and English being less common. Tangier is a place I would visit again and spend more time if given the opportunity.
Casablanca is the biggest city in Morocco and in the Maghreb region of North Africa. The Maghreb refers to all of North Africa, except Egypt (Libya, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and, in some definitions, Mauritania).
Casablanca is very liberal and cosmopolitan. It feels like an outpost of France instead of an Arab city (signs in French throughout the city and broad boulevards ubiquitous with cafes). I didn't spend more than a couple of days there. There's not a whole lot to do for a tourist, and many people just use it as a transit point to get to other areas, but there are bars and clubs where you can find girls, and probably success.
Moroccans are among the least nationalistic people in all of Africa. They are very open to the rest of the world. This has long been a key characteristic of the country, owing to its geographical location on the Atlantic and Mediterranean, and proximity to Europe. Morocco was actually the first country in the world to recognize the independence of the United States, and both countries have enjoyed warm relations ever since. It's a very safe country for travel, and they really do respect brothers there. In the Muslim world, generally, there's something about the religion that sees all men as being brothers, in a sense, especially in North Africa. There are many black Muslims from Sub-Saharan Africa that live and travel all throughout the region, so being black isn't an uninviting experience at all.
Marrakesh is a city well-known for its
main square, the largest of its kind in Africa, and possibly the world. For those who are adventurous types and want a city with the feel of Aladdin, Marrakesh is your place. Full of snake charmers, donkey carts, bewildering sounds and colors, hectic pace, and maze-like streets, it is a famous world travel destination.
The city is divided into two parts, the old quarters and the modern city. The modern city is full of American-style fast food restaurants and nightlife. There's a reggae club called Mama Africa and, next to it, there's this great live music venue, though I can't recall the name. Anyway, the chicks there were BAD. I couldn't believe I was in a Muslim country. They were dressed like chicks in Brazil, and they looked sexy. However, it was crowded and loungy and it wasn't a pickup type of place. However, for those with the curiosity to explore, I recommend it as the women are definitely legit.
Going back to my last post, I want to drop some info on Beirut again. The New York Times said it was
the best place in the world to visit in 2009. Marrakesh also featured on their list for 2010 somewhere in the top ten.
Lonely Planet mentioned Beirut as being
one of the ten liveliest cities in the world in 2009.
Back to South America, yes, language and social circle helps exponentially. But don't let the lack of language ability deter you from trying. I didn't speak ANY Portuguese during my first trip to Brazil, but I made an attempt to learn, and that was appreciated by the local chicks there. Cats gotta start somewhere. The key is effort.
I want to post a couple of links about Brazil, one of which I already posted, but cats may have missed it. Again, here is Lazaro (not Lorenzo) Ramos of Brazilian soap opera fame demonstrating the more liberal attitudes about interracial mixing that Brazil is famous for:

One last thing I want to mention is Centaurus, an elite gentleman's club in Rio de Janeiro. Prior to Centauraus, I had never paid for sex in my life, vowing I never would. Apparently though, as I would come to find out years later, paying for sex is pretty common in Latin America, I suppose, due to the poverty and extreme social inequality.
Centaurus, though, was visited during my first trip to Rio in 2008. A good friend of mine from Atlanta told me about it and said he didn't even want to hear about my trip unless I went. He's been around the world and travels plush, plus I respected his judgment and taste, having learned about some of his exploits. It also turned out that Askmen.com or some similar source rated it as the number 2. brothel in the world, only behind one in Frankfurt, Germany.
At any rate, after smashing some locals and wanting to get at something new during my 10-day trip, I decided to finally venture out to Centaurus. I almost wasn't going to go in spite of my boy's recommendation, but the beach scene was absolutely dead and the weather in Rio was atypical. So as luck would have it, I made the trip. Centaurus was actually conveniently located in the same Ipanema neighborhood by my host's place, so it was just a short cab ride away. Upon entering the building, I paid the cover fee to enter, which I have trouble remembering, but I want to say it was somewhere around $200. They actually accepted credit cards (the first and last time I paid for pussy with a credit card), which I found hilarious, and the date I was actually billed turned out to be a day when the exchange rate was more favorable to me, so I paid less than I would have if I paid in cash that day. I think it was somewhere around $175 for the entrance fee. Afterwards, they handed me a plastic bag that included a fresh robe and sandals, a locker key, and handed me a card which I would use to purchase drinks if I wanted to. The drinks would be rung up on the card, and when I was ready to exit they would add on the charges to my bill (on top of the entrance fee).
I then proceeded to the locker room to change into the robe and store my clothes and valuables away. Now my boy hyped me up by saying there would be women accosting me and stripping me down like the scene from Rush Hour, but it was nothing like that. Maybe it was that way for him, but I went into the locker room only to find two women sitting a few feet away watching me undress. I changed into my robe and sandals, and had the choice of walking upstairs into either of the two bars (one main bar where all the chicks were or a "sports bar" where I could relax and watch TV and order drinks) or I could proceed into the steam room, swimming pool, shower room or sauna on the main level. I chose to take a cold shower to mentally prepare myself and then just sat in the steam room among several other men. No one spoke to each other. We were just sitting there anonymous in our identical white robes and white sandals. After a good 30 minutes, I felt ready to go upstairs. I first lounged in the sports bar for a few minutes and then walked into the main bar.
Immediately after entering the main bar, I couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing. I was in the company of the most beautiful women I had ever seen in one place. It was life changing. There were blonds, brunettes, morenas, blancas, negras, and everything in between. It was really a full display of the striking diversity represented in Brazil. Immediately, two blond Brazilian women approached me and asked me where I was from. Before I could answer, they said "Washington or Atlanta?" I thought that was funny. The music that was playing was straight hip-hop and occasional house. Jay-Z was playing as I walked in. The men there were all wearing the same robes and sandals, and I soon learned they were jetsetters and execs from Russia, France, Mexico, all over. I decided to have a seat because I definitely needed one. The entry fee I paid meant that I could have any girl in the room for 45 minutes in a room. I looked around and immediately knew the one I wanted to move on. She was a long-haired brunette with a smoking body and gorgeous face. She was actually a law student from the nearby Jesuit private law school, and spoke conversational English. She was well versed in a lot of topics, and I actually liked her. I decided to get us some drinks and she proceeded to tell me about herself and about the women there. Looking around, I had doubts about whether I had made the "best" choice. There were so many women that could get it! Actually, one could arrange for a threesome, but that would require a doubling of the entrance fee, and I wasn't prepared to pay that much more for pussy, though I wouldn't knock anyone for doing it considering the quality of women all throughout. I was on a budget, though. I ordered her some vodka and soda, while I had a few Red Bull Vodkas. After about an hour of just chillin out and listening to cool music, I felt like I was living like a king in Ancient Rome. It was so surreal. I really wished I had all of my boys from home with me, but, alas, it's never ideal like that huh?
I eventually was ready to seal the deal and let the girl know. She escorted me out of the room, down a hallway and into an immaculate room with intriguing lighting and furniture. It was so clean and aesthetically appealing. She told me to lie down on the bed and relax. She brought out a condom and
sucked it onto my dick! I've never been with a girl so talented with her mouth. After a few minutes of getting head with the rubber on, of course, I proceeded to have sex with her. I used up all the time and finished, and returned to the bar afterwards to have another drink before I left. I went downstairs, changed into my clothes and settled the final bill with the folks at the desk. It was easily one of the best experiences of my life.
What's funny is that after my experience, I returned to my host's place and he had some company, local Cariocas. When they learned about where I was just at, they all clapped and dapped me up. Most of them had always wanted to go or had gone at some point. It's the most sought after experience among many men in Rio. Also, the local girls me and my friend were hanging out with met up with us again that night to go clubbing, and they playfully teased me about it, but not in that "you're creepy or gross" kind of way how I would imagine many American chicks would react. That was pretty refreshing to hear considering it was my first time doing such a thing.
Interestingly enough, in spite of my high praise for Centaurus, I didn't go during my second trip to Brazil in 2010, which came at the tail end of that months-long backpacking adventure across South America. I guess my outlook and values were different at that time, not to mention my budget.
Nonetheless, I encourage anyone with the means and interest to go as it's totally worth it for the experience.
