I thought her site was kinda red pill for women, but it's really full of the things that I hate about women. This particular article is based primarily on one discussion with one expert. So because she talked to an expert, she is now an expert.

Sounds about right in the business world if you account for all the women who leave the job market early. Her figure of 45 for men is exactly what I would estimate. A few high achieving men start to reach CxO positions between 45-55, but most men who aren't CxO-caliber, or don't want to be, settle into whatever middle-management position they're in by that age and just sit around waiting to retire or be laid off.

Most of my senior clients are in their early to mid 40s.

I remember Roissy slamming Penelope Trunk several times in the same way that Roosh had slammed Naomi Wolf. If that is the same person, I'd take her advice with a grain of salt.

That said, salaries probably do peak at that age, with the exception of some public professions such as schoolteachers.

I think it really depends on the field. In the physical sciences a lot of companies have technical Fellows. It's a job that pays quite a bit more than the rank and file scientists make and is usually given to guys who've made the company a lot of money once they get into their late 40s early 50s-probably to keep them from running off to a competitor.
