So, this girl I've been seeing for about a month and half now. I was talkin to her on the phone Wednesday night and she started talking about some dish that she cooks sometimes that she used to have in elementary school or something. I had never heard of it and told her this, she was like, "really? I should cook it for you sometime."

I said, "yeah, you should. So, when are you going to?"

She said she could cook it for me Friday or Saturday. I wasn't sure what I was doing either day, so I said I'd get back to her.

I texted her around midday yesterday (Thurs) and told her, "You can go ahead and cook that for me tomorrow afternoon/evening."

She responded, "Lol ok. I will go buy the stuff today."

I get off work today around 5 and call her... no answer. I didn't leave a message, but I figured she'd see I called and hit me back. It's almost 7 now and I haven't heard from her.... wtf? should I call her again? text her? or just go find something else to eat for dinner and say fuck it...

Yeah that's a flake. Though after the non answer I would have sent a text.. "what time should i come by?" That way you could've gone about your business and know the deal within 30 minutes.

I wanted to see what everybody would respond first, but what got my attention was the fact that you've been seeing her for 1.5 months and she flaked on you.

I understand a phone call back saying she is busy with something, or even a lie, but flaking after a month and half is total disrespect.

She did call back, eventually.... after I sent a text saying "What the hell happened to you and my dinner?"

She apologized and said she fell asleep after she got off of work and that she just now woke up.
