1st post here...

So one of my biggest issues I'm trying to overcome is my fear and nervousness I get when I bring home a girl I just met. A lot of times if the girl is cute, but I feel like I don't know her at all, I feel less attracted to her and sometimes am unable to perform in the bedroom.

I'm 19 and have 12 notches, but none have come from 1 night stands. (All I have known for a while and have felt pretty comfortable banging.) I'm in college right now and want to take full advantage of the plethora of beautiful (and dtf) girls that go to my school, so any advice on how I can be more confident and less nervous about h.u (and going all the way) with a few rando's here and there would be appreciated.

just do it. You will always be nervous about something new. Overtime you desensitize yourself

word, i think this coming semester I should try bringing back as many rando's as possible and maybe eventually that will force me to desensitize.

This is probably one of those things where you just have to fake it until you make it. How are you having trouble performing? Can't get it up? Coming too quick? If it's the former, tell her its the alcohol (and DRINK LESS! this is big, I've lost a couple notches to whiskey dick in college), be chill about it, don't make a big deal. See if she'll suck you a bit to get things going, or just finger her for now and lay it down well in the morning. Hopefully you'll feel more comfortable around her by then (and be more sober/have morning wood).

If it's the latter problem, I could give some tips for that too.

But once you've pulled off a couple ONS, this won't be an issue. Most of my lays in college have been from ONS after house parties.

You are taking this too serious and having an emotional reaction to it. Relax, focus on fun. It's sex, not a fist fight!

You just need a little more experience. Try to bring a girl back every time you go out. In another month or 2 you will have this problem fixed.

It's just common "stage fight".

Cut back on drinking.3-4 drinks just to keep a nice buzz but don't get hammered. And do not take Viagra at 19. It's a bad idea. try zinc and maybe some valerian root /chamomile since they both help to relax.

hmmm that's an interesting idea, I usually use valerian root+chamomile tea to help myself fall asleep easier.
