I've used a regular vape and it was more of a spacey, head high. Felt real light not stuck to the couch. Maybe it was the strain though.

In a pen vape you're really going to struggle to fit much bud in there... Just depends on what the vape is designed for. Pens are more for concentrates as far as I know, but you can give it a go if you want, I just imagine it would be a pain in the ass to clean and a harsher smoke than just a concentrate

EDIT: The usb one in the post article looks a bit bigger, and says it's for "loose leaf tobacco," so it would probably work fine for flower if that's all you have access to or prefer
