How is it not an option?? If anything I would say thats your best option to find what you are looking for in the OP. Even if that is the case, the UK is arguably the most diverse nation on Earth, I am willing to bet that your city/town however small has foreign women (Polish, Romanian) in it.

I bought a return ticket from Manchester to Barcelona for 36 pounds, thats cheaper than a train to London. You could go abroad easily, if you want to badly enough.
