The good thing about it is that all of the girls whom I match with knows that I'm just looking for a hookup. The downside, though, is that I don't get a lot of matches—out of 60 swiped, I'll probably receive 15 or less matches. Out of that 12, there are maybe 7-9 that are flakes and the rest are DTF.

I'm just trying to be as efficient as possible by separating the sluts from the ones who are just playing games.

15 out of 60 is a 25% match rate. That's very good for Tinder. By comparison on my second Tinder run I've probably swiped a couple hundred girls so far and have only gotten several matches. These girls were 5s and I wasn't even motivated enough to bother writing them.

Where do you live? Perhaps it's your area? I notice that when I'm in Brooklyn(like right now since I'm not on campus anymore) the quality of girls is high compared to when I'm in Albany for school.

You can get away with being super direct and bold IF you are good looking. This is an experiment you can try yourself with two fake profiles, one a guy that's a 5 and one a guy that's a 9. But I'm also 20 and still in college and live in a very populated city(NYC) so I suppose that's why it's so easy to get dates off of Tinder. How many girls do you get matched with per week(or day)?

Intro opens with a juxtaposition to show I'm not a one note joke, eg spontaneous but reliable, classy but streetsmart, not afraid to get a little mud on my D&G etc, followed with adventurous and well traveled, then height and no end punctuation. I also got much better hit ratios my second profile redo with the opening photo being of me having fun with an activity with incidental face visibility (waist high) than just a face shot sitting there smiling like many guys do.

Yeah, that's the shit that kills me. I keep looking at my profile over and over again like a madman, swapping out pics, tweaking the text. But at the end of the day, I doubt it has anything to do with my presentation. It's a demographic problem.

Sounds like you have more text than me. Anyway, I don't think text in and of itself makes much of a difference. So long as you aren't saying anything that clearly creeps women out.

Hmm I thought it was just myself in terms of these tinder results. I'm a brother myself and my Australian mate who is UGLY af, he admits it to me all the time, get's way more matches then me and goes on way more meet ups. I'm in a major city and has some decent pics, short concise text yet still rarely get matches. 3/4 of the matches are from black chicks (usually 5s or below) the other 1/4 are either fat/fugly white or Hispanic honeys. BUT who cares at the end of the day, it takes no effort on my part and is a good time waster.

For the brothas, have any of you spoofed your GPS and tried Tinder in other countries? In America I can't get a match that's more than a 5 be she black or otherwise. Outside the USA I've gotten matches that were solid 8s. America sucks shit for black men that want quality.

I don't get these results in my home base. I sometimes go through dry spells for a month because the sense of urgency isn't there. Also I'm from a place with a smaller population so I tend to run into the same people repeatedly, which I believe affects my game. The big cities are much easier. Also, when I travel there are less people with my ethnicity so I have that 'foreign' factor. I think for the guys who aren't getting consistent results, it may just be a demographic or lack of population issue, and not much to do with their inherent game or personality.

I wonder if it would make a difference if, even though you're at home, you write that you're only here on travel or on business for a couple of weeks. It would draw to you the girls that are solely on Tinder to bang.
