They do actually test for HSV-2. Just had that test recently myself.

I had a girl that disclosed this to me over tinder that i still think about from time time. Was looking for a fwb situation that preferred raw dog anal but was positive for herpies--talk about your catch 20-20. said she had it under control and never shared it and went into great detail on what she does to make sure she doesnt share it. It was reassuring and I was going thru a dry spell and horny as fuck...But she was unwilling to meet with me that night.

Herpes ain't a big deal at all. Disclosing herpes isn't a big deal. Almost everyone has some form of herpes. I found out like a year and half ago I have it. Guess what? It hasn't stopped me from living the life at all. I tell every girl and have slept with over 50 since finding out I have it. Even raw. Even threesomes. I've even had sex with the most beautiful women (Dancers, actresses.. even a famous chick- via cold approach) in my life after finding out I have herpes.

Don't give into some stigma/marketing strategy. It's all bullshit.

There are many other reasons why people could get rejected, and herpes is far less relevant. So many have it but most people don't even get symptoms for it.

Learn to overcome fear of rejection, because that's what's at the heart of this. Rejection is part of being a man. You need it to become strong.

Facing adversity and rejection will put hair on your chest and give you balls of iron.
