Posh spice looked sexy, so did Ginger spice but then they started the crash dieting and all of the other bad habits women have picked up these days regarding diets and exercise (or lack of).

In my HS there was a girl who took part in a show where she was posh spice and I shit you not, she was just as fit, if not better than posh in her prime. Good lord was that girl a cocktease though.
