Netflix is too slow with posting new content. Torrenting with RSS subscriptions is the way to go.

I use http://www.tom365.com/. The website is mostly in Chinese and requires you download qvid, but they have almost every movie there is in high quality.

If you must watch online then check out Project Free TV.

I don't like the lag I get sometimes so I just torrent everything and use XBMC on my Apple TV 2.
XBMC has add-ons for a lot of the online streaming sites so you can watch your content all from one place.
It's a beautiful thing.
