It does not matter if she is black or mulata. The hair is too thin and easy get ugly. and you can't pass your fingers that easily, it hurts her...

I'm very average white guy (blond) as well as being a lot older, but black (including all mixes) girls check me out a lot in norcal. They have sort of a pleading quality. Maybe they don't think they're treated real well by black or other guys.
