Anyone still doing this or looking to start should consider using nitric oxide supplements when they jelqing. I have said before in some of the supplement threads that I felt like the creatine and N.O explode was making my erections larger. I believe the N.O improves blood flow and makes the blood vessels larger... which is exactly what you want when you are jelqing.

Agreed. I stopped really using the extender after a week or two. I still use the bathmate every other day because it only takes 10-15 minutes in the shower, which I am already doing.

If I'm home by myself watching a movie or something before bed I will do manual stretches.

I don't know how people say they can wear extender when their at work or running errands. Maybe I am wearing mine with it stretching too much, because it starts to slip off if I am sitting down for extended periods of time.

So I have been using the Bathmate every other day for a week or so. I used it today and when my girlfriend went to blow me a few hours later she noticed what looks like a pocket of air or blood or something just bellow the head of my dick. Its not sore and doesn't hurt when you touch it or anyhting. Not sure what it is... dick still works fine tho.

I may hold off on the bathmate till I figure out whats going on.

Unless you have SERIOUS problems with your size, why do it?

There are accounts of horrible side effects which will in essence end your life as a man. No other self-improvement thing I ever heard of carries such risk.

Being in a wheelchair after a lifting accident will leave you as more of a man than if this stuff goes wrong.

I have a feeling there are some young guys here who never had any truly irreversible damage done to their body or lives. 10 years ago I thought I was indestructible, too. But let me tell you bad shit does happen.
And for a long time it's always some other guy in the papers, on the forum or a friend of a friend. But when you take enough risks some day it will be you.

And certain risks are easily avoidable. Just like this one.


If it ain't broke, don't fix it. There is a reason it's always the old guys who say this.


And lastly, if you feel that there is room for improvement in the bedroom, start educating yourself about sex instead of trying to gain size.

There are excellent "red-pill" books about this stuff and improving your sex game will ultimately be a lot more rewarding than this enlargement hype.

I did read the posts by Good Looking Loser and I respect his commitment to going all-out in every aspect of his life, but there is an availability bias going on here. It works, especially with more consistent use. For me it was more effective in adding length than girth. It's also big fun to bang right after you've used it because of increased size, weight, and sensitivity. Ashwaghanda Herb from Nature's Way (Standardized to 2.5% Withadolines)
