I started a daily routine now that consists of 20 Minutes Bathmate to warm up and the newbie PE routine.
Ive had the bathmate for a while and havent gotten any considerable gains from it. Then again I wasnt really too commited to using it.

Wanna do this new routine for at least 3 months and then see if I got some gains and maybe switch to a different routine.
