It's again that time of the year and if you are in the right mood feel free to share your new years resolutions and what you plan to achieve in the next 12 months.

This is going to help you as well as other guys in the community that can get inspired to get things and find new ideas.

- Eat healthier. I almost never eat fruit and vegetables.
- Be more disciplined instead of massive procrastination so that I actually have spare time at night.
- Get paid and retire at 36 years old. (long shot but hey, A guy can dream)

The usual such as exercise, diet, more money, more pussy, tighter game, etc.

But I also want to start specializing. I think it's best to limit this to three or less. This year I'll focus on:
Studying the financial markets, reading books, continuing to develop trading strategies and knowledge.
Russian language.
Gym, weight gain, endurance, may throw in a martial art at some point.

Resolutions are hard to keep. I'd rather keep general aims that I work at every day consistently. IMO that works way better than trying to do something that is beyond your reach. If you improve .1 percent a day you're gonna improve massively by the end of the year.

Anyways here are my aims for this year-

-Get into better shape, workout 3 times a week.
-Make money in the range of 5-15k a month.
-Fuck hot girls.

While there are multiple improvements that I am going to be slowly making over the next year, there is one that I will resolve by the end of next year.

I will resolve my fear of rejection.

Read lots on many subjects.
Stick to my disciplines. Ie early rise, exercise...

Strenghten social circle. Add input and energy.
Move into better house.
Do rock climbing and paragliding.

2012 was the first year where I made resolutions and actually kept most of them (learn how to fuck bitches, do better in school/socially, get into shape, have a better outlook on life, etc)

So 2013 is more of the same

-keep working on game, learning more, applying the knowledge, fucking more attractive girls (although they haven't been too bad so far)

-travel to at least one place outside of the country

-eat healthier, have one cheat day every 2 weeks, stick to a proper supplement routine, drink plenty of water

-work out religiously, been slacking the last few weeks cause of exams

-take better care of my hair and skin

-finally figured out in 2012 what I want to do with my life in terms of my career, was able to score an internship in exactly what I want to do after college recently. I attribute a very large part of this to learning game and the forum... So keep focusing on this, and try to learn as much as I can while working on setting up the groundwork for my own little thing..that will hopefully turn into a full time gig out of school

That should keep me pretty busy

This is not a complete list but here's a few:

-Get to another level fitness wise. Right now I'm in great shape but want to be men's health cover level.

-Stack more cash. Can NEVER have enough.

-Buy a Porsche by June for MYSELF; not to impress a chick. Been wanting one since I was 15. I'm 28 now.

-New pad by March 1st

-Live life for MYSELF and no chick. Do exactly what I want to do completely and make all choices based on what's best for me; NOT a LTR.

-Increase in Game skills of course, but work on Quality over Quantity. Focusing on 8.5+ girls. Fuck the scraps they don't do anything for me anyway.

--Get my business up to $3.5k/month, with an eye toward quitting all other work by December 31.

--Travel abroad for a month. Really interested in seeing southern China: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, HK, etc.

--Publish two more books. (Thriller-style novels are my thing, so this should be doable.)

--Run a 19 minute 5k. Flirted with this in the past, but I've never kept up my training and diet long enough to actually do it.

--Spend more time with my friends. Didn't make enough time for them in 2012.

Every one of those is reasonable, except maybe fucking 13 new girls. The trick, as ever, will be staying motivated and following through.

-get back in shape/get my body back. April 1st 2013 (3 months)

-Get over my approach anxiety (approach 15-20 girls a week) and social anxiety (go out alone 3 nights a week). (Mid February no later than March 1st).

-Start implementing my game material (Feb 1st).

-Take the GRE (Oct 15th)

-Apply for graduate school (Nov 15th).

-Sleep with 12 women next year (By Dec 31st 2012). I really am shooting for twenty four though.

-Write a new post on my blog three times a week.

-Tweet everyday

-Network in the field of education and Tampa Bay in general (all of 2013).

-Do whatever I can to be a great substitute teacher, including being a role model for kids, networking and being social with co-workers (teachers, staff, principal), and capitalizing on opportunities to advance in the industry of education (certifications, leadership roles).

-Finish 90 days of no fap, no porn, no fantasy (March something).

-Travel somewhere (even if it is only in the state of Florida).

-Save as much money as possible.

-Attend my friends wedding in Austin, Texas.

-Read two books a month.

-Finish my grammar and usage book.

-Be damn near finished with my vocabulary book.

I think that about sums it up.

- Get stronger with women. Of course this is a resolution made every year. Specifically I want to literally get to the point where I open any girl I want, as well as pursue any girl I want without worrying about any societal bullshit

- Get stronger in internet marketing, so I can somewhere down the line live the mobile life I want

- Eat healthier. Again this resolution fluctuates.. sometime I am movitivated to eat primally and healthy, other times I just say fuck it and eat what I want.. want to actually enjoy eating healthy for a change.

2012 was good to me, I have to say. I hit 7 countries, 4 of them being new, with 2 full months exploring Asia. After a solid 2011 with women, I somewhere near tripled my total, losing count somewhere along the way with Thaifriendly. I've basked in some of my own professional accomplishments in that I received my Master's degree. I celebrated with friends as they bought property, made their first million, and gained acceptance into one of the most gated bastions of education.

2013 leaves me calling for some of this:

-Conversational proficiency in French
-Living abroad for at least one month
-Advancing my career as a result of added experience and advanced credentials
-Edging closer to the 35% I'd like to put down on a NYC property
-Further trimming ties with deadwood relationships, and further cultivating the strong relationships I have
-Trim myself from a bulked up 18% BF down to a trim 11-12% in time for summer

The ladies will come running gaga at me once again in '13. I'm now at a point in my life where I compare myself to other men and realize that I'm the catch. I'm the guy that makes girls panties wet with my brain, game and gusto. It's a good feeling.

-Learn conversational German. I've gotten really lazy about this. I've learned just enough to have a simple conversation when I approach girls and then switching to English after a couple minutes. I got the Pimsleur and Michel Thomas programs and I plan to study every day, even if it's just a few minutes.

-Read two books a month.

-Complete my general ed requirements. Another thing I've been neglecting.

-Visit Poland. I read Bang Poland and I would like to go on a Bang Mission there.

-Exercise more, take more long walks. I've been taking long walks lately and it helps to clear my head.

-Continue approaching 10-15 girls a week. I was actually approaching closer to 20-25 a week this year which resulted in me achieving more bangs this year than any year prior but I was also neglecting other parts of my life (not studying, not learning anything new, just a lot of going out to get laid).

-Go 90 days NoPorn/NoFap. I lasted 27 days earlier this year and it changed me in more ways than one. I was getting a lot more shit done just to keep my mind off of porn and I was approaching way more girls.

-Bang 10 girls.

Meditation is great.

This year I made it a habit to meditate 20 minutes most days. I'd say I meditated on around 70-75 percent of days.

I want to meditate an average of 30-40 minutes a day with some 1 hour days.
