I tried something similar to this a while back in a few cities in Texas. Finding talent was a problem. Craigslist and model mayhem helped, but most that were willing either wanted too much $ or didn't meet buyer expectations. I had better luck w strippers. I went to clubs and passed out cards to the better looking girls. About half flaked and most of the others showed up high or drunk to shoots. I called it quits after they started stealing small things from me. Cds dvds bullshit like that. The final straw was having to beat the shit out of a strippers methhead boyfriend who thought he could rob me without a weapon. I almost had to physically deal with her as well. Bottom line for me, too much hassle for too little payoff. Though i might consider doing this again in another country. Who knows?

Aside (a big aside), from the issues you mentioned, for one shoot were you able to make it work economically and make some money?

It sounds like a pain finding talent. But did it pay in the end?

You guys should get into photographing escorts and setting up there sites . That is easier money then trying to get into the porn side .

Escorts pay $$$$ for pictures to put on there websites . google carmen fox , same guy does all the pics ... new girls come in every week .

Thanks. Doesn't work where I live. City is too small, there's only one guy doing it. There's only very few escorts and hostesses and enough pimps.
