Let me run an idea for you guys. Be critical.

So, I've never paid for porn, probably never will. There is too much free high quality content out there to compete with. I understand that there are strange micro-niches to take advantage of, but that shit is plain disgusting to me and takes away from the whole point of getting in this business.

My customers: people who want to be more than voyeurs, who are interested in actually banging these types of girls.

My selling point: I make it a plausible reality for average people to go somewhere, fuck 9's and 10's, and get paid.

The idea: produce a bunch of porn videos featuring yours truly. Host them on my site (which is FREE to watch), as well as submit them to popular porn tube sites like pornhub.com with a banner containing my URL embedded in the video. Encourage it to spread around so that lots of people see the URL and come to my site to check it out.

Explain my story, that I'm not a big-wig industry titan, just an average guy that found a way to make it happen.

I monetize by selling short e-books on different topics on how average guys can make porn for profit. While it's true there is tons and tons of free porn out there, there is a serious lack of info on the specifics on how to get into the business (trust me, I searched).

Possible e-book topics:
1. A memoir on the journey to actually figuring out how to do it, then doing it. Can be country-specific depending on what country I'm doing it in.
2. How to make the porn look good and professional. What you need to buy, camera angles, editing, etc.
3. How to find the models?
4. Legal stuff, including referrals to lawyers in the field.
5. How to advertise and monetize. Use interviews with industry veterans.
6. Technical know-how for dummies.
7. Many more related topics.

I am also curious as to why that is. I wonder if it makes a difference if its just a guy with a camera whose doing it for fun and the money aspect is really secondary.

Yuvutu.com by far hands down the best real amateur site. Look for the lowest rated videos and try to figured out what are they are doing wrong and stay away from it. Also, you'll noticed that the highest rated videos aren't necessary the one with the hottest girl on them. In Performance vs Beauty, performance always wins hands down even if it is a mud turtle.

Micro-Niches doesn't necessary have to be something out there like shitting on bitches alas "One Girl One Cup" or fucking goats. It can be anything like "fucking models in Cordoba" or "Hysterica for some cock" as long as Google isn't returning a million sites with the same theme.

Good pitch, I am not aware of anybody doing this, sort like a hybrid of PUA/Porn. You can have this in the form of a blog with a google map with pins on where you have banged girls. you click on a pin and the girl's bio along with a short clip of her doing her thing and excerpt of the ebook. You can become like the "Roosh of DIY Porn." You can also have a PG version of the site for guys who are into traveling but pretend they are turned off by porn. Also, You don't have to give all your video content away, just give enough away for users to see that they are buying a quality product and that you aren't full of shit. You can also have a sort of "Behind the Scenes" video Featurette where members can see you procuring the models, preparing for the scene and the girl cleaning out afterwards. I never understood why more sites do not do this.

While I didn't work in a porn studio, from the people I talk to that have as well as those that review porn videos and watch the stuff all day, it's like sex has become nothing. I don't know about you, but I don't' want to get to get jaded about sex to the point that I'm thinking, "ugh, time to punch the clock and go watch people have sex all day again..." After awhile, you start to think that it takes a special type of person to just sit there and stick a camera underneath some dudes balls that's pumping away so he can get a closeup shot of the creampie money shot. And then having to do that 5 days a week. No thanks. We all look at porn from time to time, but still, the whole business behind it is run by some of the sleaziest people you could ever encounter. Every girl that goes into porn walks in thinking she's going to be the next Jenna Jameson, but most of them end up broken, washed up, on drugs and probably full of STDs. At some point I was like, fuck this shit, I can't be around these people. I know for some it's all about making some money, but in the end, I want would like to make money doing something that contributes to the world.

Update: I found a professional porn content producer and chatted with him for about 2 hours about the industry. The biggest hassle is finding buyers for your content. The best way to go is to sell the exclusive rights for a higher price, otherwise you'll need to constantly be making measly $30 sales indefinitely into the future.

It seems that having a reliable buyer in mind at the beginning, and producing your content according to their needs, might be the best way to go.

Im in gringoed! jajaja I think you would do well in Colombia, so many girls are what they call prepagos, they will go out and have sex for money, but dont consider themselves whores. Something like 50% (thats what colombian girls tell me) of college girls will occasionally have sex with a guy for some spending money, new shoes etc...

BUT they dont consider themselves whores, because you dont pay them, you give them a regalo, or gift. Colombian girls are some of the HOTTEST I have ever seen and man are they sexual beasts in bed. Nubiles is one company, do you know of any others that would be after similar content and be willing to pay for it?

It seems as if they are VERY particular in what they are looking for, which means you may lose some shoots.

I know that in Germany/the EU, this stuff is really really complicated...and nobody seems to know how it works exactly:

Which law applies seems to come down to different things, e.g.:
- where your website is hosted
- but also..what citizenship you have
(- possibly which regional market you intend to target)

In Germany webmasters have to put their contact details on their website, if they don't they (technically) can get sued. Many find this annoying (depending on which niche they're in lol), but unfortuantely it seems to not be as simple as to host your website outside of Germany so the German law doesn't apply (in case you still clearly target the German market and are a German citizen/living in Germany,etc.)

Not trying to be annoying but there still seems to be a lot of confusion about this whole cyberlaw & different countries & whose law applies (even with lawyers and internet marketers).

Maybe you're right about just hosting it outside the US,etc. but I know in Germany / the EU it's definitely not that simple (unfortunately) to work around our laws here.

It's getting harder and harder to make money in porn, no pun intended. I have a network of about 20 blogs that I have written up for affiliate sales. Basically, for every sale I send them, I get 50% or a flat $30 or whatever per sale. I used to make around $500 a month from the blogs, doing basically nothing. Haven't updated them in a long time. The traffic has been fairly steady with a few dips here and there, but now I am averaging around $300 with the same traffic. I think the proliferation of free porn has really had an impact. The only way to succeed now would be to go really niche, and even then there is no guarantee.

Money and Status.

So how can this work for guys like us?

It all starts with getting a really baller pad, which seem to be pretty abundant and relatively cheap in Thailand. Here's an example of what can be had for only 960 euros/m in Pattaya http://www.thai-fun-apartment.com/pentho...lisch.html . Each dude should have at least 2 bedrooms: one for him and at least one for the girl(s).

This quality pad, plus being well dressed, groomed, etc will go a long way in a place like Thailand where simply being American carries a lot of status.

Next step is finding the girls. Obviously we're only aiming for 9's and 10's, and I think the best way to get these kinds of girls (preferably not bar girls) is through newspaper ads, day game, and soliciting through model agencies. I expect this step to be fairly easy.

Then if they meet your standard (preferably after you've banged them), it's time to offer them an exclusive place to live all expenses paid. They get free room, board, health club membership, clothing stipend, plus enjoy being a part of your extravagant living.

In exchange, they cook, clean, and treat you like a king (in bed and elsewhere). Your wish is their command, and they're more than happy to do it because this is the best they've ever lived by far!
