Make your move.

I can count four times (the last time was around this time a year ago) when a girl came over to my place to hang out and I was afraid of her reacting negatively so I didn't try to fuck her. Each time time the girl left, her attraction for me vanished. Subsequent attempts to get them over to my place so I could try again failed. Not doing anything instantly places you in he friend zone and there is no escape!

Nope. She had a bf so in my mind she was "taken". In some pocket of my twisted beta soul I was still trying to "win" her from her boyfriend though.
