RE: badboy or nice guy?
There's a fine line between being "nice" and too nice. Some of my earliest memories of going out with girls are filled with things that now make me cringe. Paying for everything, opening doors, sending sweet texts. I now do none of the above, and if that angers someone, then so be it. What works for me is when you go out with a girl, regardless if she's a 5 or a 10, treat her the same. At times even act uninterested. Play it somewhat off the cuff. Most importantly, keep in the back of your head that if it doesn't work out with her, all you gotta do is walk out the front door to find a new one. Play on.

i mean what type of game is more effective ? I personally haven't got very far with the badass game, and I came across as fake ,though I wasn't faking it. Now I'm trying the ''non-beta nice guy '', but I don't want to get friend zoned or cockblocked

Badboy is better provided you are real badboy because girls can sense the fake(they push the limits).

As Tuth always says, say something to the effect of "First rounds on me" as soon as you're seated. This implies the second round is on her. You're probably gonna have to pay for a drink or two, but whatever. What's $10? No big deal. Don't be overly cheap. Just don't be a sucker.

I did the exact same.

Ultimately, I think the type of game depends on what feels more comfortable to you.

Georges st pierre is probably the perfect example of a nice guy who clearly gets a lot of pussy. Saying that though not every guy who is the right kind of nice guy could beat the shit out of basically any asshole he desired to.

RE: badboy or nice guy?
A good mix is a nice guy who uses drugs, but is an asshole about other people using his drugs, and makes others do something to earn a line or two (up to your imagination guys).

Another option is a nice guy who can beat other people's asses due to a lot of training.

The first is easier because it just requires a little bit of capital and experience in the game, the second is tougher, but ultimatly more self-satisfying, due to the years of training involved.

Those are bad boys for you, at least in the eyes of most females.

RE: badboy or nice guy?
I initially experienced the same problem, namely: you cannot suddenly become an asshole, and you will not be able to. Most likely, when facing a shit test (a girl testing consciously or not whether you are a badboy), you will fail. And as you are saying, your image will come across as fake.

My two cents: think about really cool guys. Those that have had a easy life in getting girls. Many of them aren't assholes. Or at least, they do not publicly act as assholes. More likely than not, you will never hear them complaining about girls, saying that girls are "bitches", that they are flaky, and so forth.

So, rather than trying to act as a badboy, try to become aloof and confident. These are the two most important suggestions I have taken from Roissy's (look on his blog, heartiste, if you don't know it). Being aloof and confident, more than being a bad boy, is what you should aspire at.

That is, maintain your independence, be indifferent to a girls' emotional instability (flaking, changing of mind, shit testing, etc.), and never question yourself.

And in doubt, follow the 2-3 rule - be nice twice for every three times she is.

It has been working quite well for me.

Good advice here.

I often tell some of my more clueless friends to "be yourself but 20% more of an asshole."
