# Educate yourself about people and world in general.

# Read cool books to expand your perspective.

# Know different people from different walks of life to surround yourself with conflicting points of view which make you aware of different opinions/tastes/drives/etc. I've known guys who fuck raw only and I know guys who are very nice and considerate.

# Work on your body regularly to be able to fuck well and feel better in general. Intense intervals are great for good sex as your stamina/endurance shoots through the roof.

# Have some hobbies and be happy you have them.

# Challenge yourself to be able to point out you own weaknesses, any challenge reveal a lot about you. It's fucking humiliating and your ego won't like it but it's good, you're not so cool as you think haha.

# Learn about women, their nature and drives, that makes you REALLY stand out, chicks ask "where the fuck are YOU from?" cause they can't believe that some guy can be so cool and normal and connect with them on many levels etc. One little thing like being non judgemental about girl's sexuality instantly puts you in "wow" category simply because it's so rare for a guy to be like that [not to mention the obvious advantages of girls getting sexual with you cause they feel they can]

# Learn some game, step out of that linear stiff pickup where every move is calculated as it doesn't help you, meet girls, all of the bullshit that comes with that hardens your character in million positive ways.

All of these things bring some substance to your personality and if you can express it in your game chicks think you're awesome. Not only because you're soooo amazing but mostly because regular guys in general have no need to develop their personality. So

And what's more important these are the things you can actively DO to improve your character, as opposing to meditating and mindfucking yourself repeating in front of the mirror "You.. are.. awesome.. You.. are.. awesome.. You.. are.. awesome.. You.. are.. awesome.. "

Being judgmental in this context means making her feel bad through your words / non-verbals in response to some information that she would expect others would judge her for.

Girl: " i like to do [this kinky thing]"
You: "Yeah eh? That reminds me of this time I did [xyz] . But I've never thought of doing it like that." "...but tell me, how do you get rid of all of those baby gerbils once you're done?"

It is how you view yourself.Basically you need to be able to do what the others cannot do.Be off limits to feel superiority.
