all of my 9 notches this year have come from online. I did a few approaches in person then lost motivation for some reason after hardly any time. Online I can get laid since I am tall and fit (6'2 180 lbs <10%fat). The problem is I shut down in down in social situations. In the summer I was doing ok socializing because I was not getting laid at all from online sources. So is it a wise idea to give up online pussy to force myself to be social. Or should I be happy with getting any pussy

Comparatively, being taller should help your in-person game more than your online game. Do whatever makes you happy, but reliance on using the internet to game girls can lead to antisocial behavior and ultimately hinder your overall game. The last kind of player you want to be is the guy who's the master of witty phrases and messages online but can't even open one girl in person. By avoiding social situations, you miss out on tons of opportunities with girls - way more than you would by not having a POF/OKC account.

P.S. I'm 5' 9" 160 lbs. and have no issues in person. You'd tower over me in a social setting.

Online game is a useful tool. But your goal is to become a socially complete person, and that includes learning how to approach and close in meatspace. If you're using it as a crutch, take a break from online game until you can look at it as a supplement rather than your sole source for leads.

Not a troll post. I am extremely awkward in person. That is what I am. Saying. I can get interest online based on my looks and it is easier to spam a bunch of girls than get rejected in person

I've been slumming it online this year also, same height as you. My job requires me to talk to people all day long and it's broken me out of the shell I was in for other reasons.

Girls online are flooded with messages and have a massively overinflated sense of their own SMP value. In person they are less likely to reject you and even if they do I find them apologetic. Use your presence to your advantage.

In most cases, nothing wrong with it. However, it sounds like you have some personal issues you need to work on, and online game is hindering you from that. Imo, you should delete your accounts and spend the next few months developing your social skills. It will benefit you much more in the long run, and be worth the short term drought you may experience.

There's nothing wrong with getting bangs from online. Just the same, the OP recognizes his issues with approaching in person, so he can and should work on that. Online is definitely about looks, because most people focus on pics, at least at first. If you truly feel that your online supply is holding you back from developing your offline game, back off of it, but don't abandon a nice source of poon.

I consider online game as a addendum to real life game. That being said i have much more satisfaction getting pussy in person eg. from cold approaching becasue it takes balls to do it. As opposite to online dating that everybody can follow.

I definitely understand your main point, but not everyone can pull online. If you see some of the profiles of guys, and the typical messages they send out, most guys have weak online game.

Actually, my social skills and game got much better using online dating. Mainly in the sense that it sharpened my text game and got me to stop taking rejection so personally. It actually took the fear out of approaching since I'd become so desensitized to rejection after messaging a girl a bunch of times back and forth and then she disappears.

But yeah, pussy is pussy and there are some secret hotties on these sites.

I don't understand this. You say you've banged 9 girls from online this year. You can't fuck a girl through your monitor, so you obviously had to meet them in person, game them and seduce them. It sounds like your problem isn't social awkwardness, it's fear of rejection.

Skip to around the 25:25 mark where Tariq Nasheed discusses Social Networking Dependency. He talks about Facebook and Twitter, which really aren't set up for online game, though I'm sure people have met and banged as a result of meeting there. You can just substitute in any social networking or dating site and what he's saying still applies. He discusses all of the pitfalls of the online world, and why you should lean totally on getting yours that way. He stresses the importance of getting out there and running your game, and if your city isn't optimal for women, hit up the nearest towns and cities on the weekends...

Online cuts to the chase, no middle man. Meaning her friends, other guys at bars, etc.

Some women will let you know online they're eager to sleep with you, others will not. Once they get all flirty via text, you usually know. You can build attraction & escalation via texting, since you haven't met in person yet.

I'll be the first to admit, it's more normal to meet a woman in person. Online is still slightly stigmatized in my opinion, even with 2013 around the corner.

Another reason I prefer online game to club game is that I am a bit of a music snob and clubs play the same generic monotonous top 40/house music all over the world. New York, Barcelona, Manila...its all the same Rihanna/Avicii/Taio Cruz garbage. Whats worse is that I often have to dance to it when trying to pickup in a club. With online game I can pick a spot I like with no trashy philistine music.

I deleted my online profiled and decided I will not get them back until I make 3 real life swoops.
I have not pulled any numbers but I am much more social coming from a guy that literally did nothing but spam online sites. I am a far cry from the guy that spent most of freshman year locked in my dorm looking at porn. I did my first approach in a while on Saturday, a cute Ethiopian girl. I asked what the time was, then commented on her accent. I was proud though it didn't go anywhere. I knew this is one step on a path to getting laid
