RE: Saudi Arabia implements electronic tracking system for women
So on one end of the spectrum (The West, more specifically the USA) we have a system whereby women wield rather large legal and social privileges over men. The women are too entitled/privileged, and the men are too weak and easily manipulated.
On the other end of the spectrum (Saudi Arabia and many other parts of the developing world), we see a system in which men wield rather large legal and social privileges over women. The men are in quite a strong position, and the women are underprivileged and not even really entitled to many basic rights.
Both seem clearly wrong to me, yet in this case I'm not even quite sure which one I like least. If given the choice, would I prefer the overly oppressive patriarchy or the American soft matriarchy? Decisions...
Know your enemy and know yourself, find naught in fear for 100 battles. Know yourself but not your enemy, find level of loss and victory. Know thy enemy but not yourself, wallow in defeat every time.

RE: Saudi Arabia implements electronic tracking system for women
The west is fine, it just needs to be brought back to reality a bit. If it doesn't, how do you protect yourself? Well, don't get married, don't live common law etc. if you want kids, well plan very carefully. I'm sure there are some single un married dads out there who are not abused by their baby mama and the system.
As for Saudi, I live right next door at the moment. I have met Saudis and you do have some who think less backward.
For example, you are in Saudi, have 2kids, boy and a girl. Your heart would break for your girl if she was not able to do something that your boy could do, that had they been living in the west, there would be no issue. Both places are polar opposites and they need to gravitate towards the middle.
If I had to pick? As a single man today, the west. Just wouldn't get married where the law isn't in my favour. In Saudi, as a single, hell no. The men and women are segregated. Muslims from Egypt or Lebanon cannot marry a saudi muslim woman, without going through all these hoops. (Good luck even meeting one in saudi). Yet their men can marry foreign women. Talk about hypocrisy. But they are tribal. It's all about increasing tribal numbers. Some even marry their own cousins.
If a man needs to monitor where his woman is going then why go through all this hassle? She isn't wife material if you cannot trust her.

RE: Saudi Arabia implements electronic tracking system for women
Saudi Arabia is a fucked up shit hole. Look at their demographics.
Sex ratio at birth: 1.05 males:1 female (this is normal)
Sex ratio under 15 years: 1.04 males:1 female (this has become normal in most stable and developed countries.)
Sex ratio age 15-64: 1.27 males:1 female (This is beyond fucked up. What this means is that for every 5 males in this age group, there are only 4 females. This means that 20% of the population has NO chance of getting laid EVER. Most of the women are spoken for before they reach puberty. Women are such a prized commodity that they have to be kept under lock and key at all times.)
I've always maintained that if you want to stop feminism, thin out the male population. Because in all honesty, feminism is nothing more than the result of women realizing they've got options. When there's a surplus of women in a population, they have to compete for the available males. They have to do whatever they can to maintain their value to attract and retain a male partner. When the tables are turned, as they are in the US and increasingly throughout the western world you see the rise of feminism and "female empowerment." But in the US it's not too bad yet. We're breaking even but men slightly outnumber women up through the age of 50. We're still in the denial phase and the vast majority of men think they've got a chance at getting laid. In the US up through the age of 50, there are roughly 20 males for every 19 females.
You won't see American women tagging males anytime soon. Onerous child support, alimony, and divorce settlements in the west are intended to send a message that males are more expendable than ever. Fuck you if alimony and child support leave you in poverty and drive you to suicide. When push comes to shove, another beta will fill your role. Why do fat girls stay fat despite fat shaming? Because even the most disgusting war pigs can find some new dick that thinks they're the greatest thing since sliced bread. Guys on here are quick to label a hog "2/10 Would not bang." Well guess what, you might not bang, but someone else will.
Places like Saudi Arabia are so far over the edge that feminism never even gets a chance. Feminism is like a bacteria that can only survive within a very limited range of demographic balance/imbalance. I figure it starts stirring when the ratio of breeding age people is around .92-.98 male:1 female. It really gets going from .98-1.02 males:1 female. And it's batshit insane from 1.02-1.10 males:1 female. Below .92:1 and feminism dies because women are desperate to land a suitable mate and they know that feminist shit turns men off. Over 1.10:1 and feminism dies because the men who can actually land a woman take no chances and put their bitches on lock down.
And one last bit of demographic data:
Saudi sex ratio over the age of 64: 1.03 males:1 female. UNHEARD OF in 90% of the world.

RE: Saudi Arabia implements electronic tracking system for women
These ratios are skewed. All America has to do to bring this number of males lower and increase the female ratio is look at immigration etc. there are way more men coming to America and the western countries than female. In these so called backward countries and Islamic countries, it's the men who are leaving to America while leaving their women home. Thus creating a surplus.
Porscheguy said it right, the numbers favour the women. That's fine, but for me I prefer to go where I dont have the bs.
However, I believe things are changing. Look at the UAE. The women, still covered up but you are slowly staring to send change. For example, I met an arab fellow from morocco? Or Tunisia, I forgot......either way he wasn't emirati and he actually dated her and her parents met him etc etc. he was just a restaurant manager.
When Qatari women, emirati and Saudi women get on a plane to go London etc, once on the plane they go and change from the abaya to jeans etc.
For this thread, you have those who are backwards thinking and illlogical. Just like the Taliban however, you have those who are living a life where they have to constantly run around or hide their views. The moderates or forward thinking gulf Arabs who embrace choice and freedom need to be heard.
What makes the western countries great is freedom from religion and freedom in religion. Cultural practices mostly from the Islamic world aren't all backwards like this theme from the thread. But this goes to show you that if you have to monitor your woman, can't trust her..... then why even bother trusting her to raise your kids, take care of you if you are sick or be a trustworthy spouse. Either they are too afraid to say they think women are untrustworthy or admit that they are too controlling.
