I've become good friends with the bouncer at my local bar, to the point where he asked me if I'd fill in for him this Saturday night. Usually I work in entertainment/technology but this seemed like an interesting opportunity so I said yes. I'm 6'3 and 220lbs so I guess I look the part, and he knows I can handle myself but am not a hothead.

Just wondering if anyone here has done this before and any tips on how I can use this to my advantage to game women. Obviously my first priority is to do the job well, but I see no reason not to try for some fringe benefits...

I have filled in before for 10-20 minute periods and I have seen how girls react differently when I'm at the door, seems to be a DHV to them. Should I be gaming aggressively or just play it cool?

My cousin use to be the door bouncer, he got LOTS of girls phone numbers, no brainer, banged lots of them.

It can be a challenge though, patrons get drunk want to fight, vomit and spit on u etc, some here in AUS have even had drive by shootings at them

Depends on your city and general mindset of you population

I think just playing it cool would be the right approach. Too aggressive and it might seem a little desperate/advantageous.

Don't know if you'll be checking IDs or not, but if so you should have some easy openers (city or state the girl is from, astrology, your eyes don't look blue, let me see...)

If not, just stand there looking tough and muscular and remember it's essentially your job to observe all of the patrons, so it should be easy to spot the women who are looking for it.

Eh, why not? It might be a good experience. And yes, you may end up with a number or two as a result. Give it a go. Hopefully you don't get punched in the face or hit over the head with a beer bottle.

Good instincts, this is dead on. Aggressive chasing will look bad (to the girls and your boss) but luckily, you don't have to...they'll come to you.

Checking IDs at the door gives endless opportunities to tease and get stuff going. And you will quickly have a first name familiarity with EVERY hottie that goes there.

Yeah I will be checking IDs, in fact I have to find a small flashlight today.
Gonna have fun with it for sure. Good advice thanks. I will update with how it went.
