I usually will listen to just about anything but lately I've been back on my heavy metal kick.
Pantera, Black Label Society, Metallica, Devildriver, Slayer, Rob Zombie, and a lot of smaller known bands.

I always feel my best mentally when I'm back on it, plus added aggression for working out.
