Women complain about this ad...

This shit is getting ridiculous. Soon men won't be able to speak or make eye contact.

"It's Friday night," the ad said. "You can either go out and attempt to pick up sixes and sevens or stay home and watch (Knicks guard Jason) Kidd dish out dimes."'

I hope some of these ads end up on ebay. I'd LOVE to have one...

I think you are reading that wrong. It's not women complaining, its people complaining because the ad was in poor taste

Only way I'd see this as disrespectful is that it promotes the Knicks over "Broadway," but NYC tourism/promotion is also dependent on Broadway whereas the Arts are also heavily dependent on NYC tourism/promotions as well.

Did you read the article? That's not why people got offended:

Quote:The ad was referring to the Broadway show "Spiderman: Turn Off The Dark," in which actors have been injured, including Christopher Tierney, who fell 30 feet from the air into the orchestra pit in December 2010. Tierney, who sustained four broken ribs and fractured three of his vertebrae, returned to the show four months later.

That's funny ...but true!! 8's and up are rarely seen in the regular bar scene.
They roll in other circles.

What they meant to say is "You can go out and get annoyed by angry fat girls at the bar
or you can stay home and watch sports on your new 80" TV".

Now THAT'S a woman!

Like I said in the other thread about this, it's brilliant marketing, but should have been kept on MSG away from the prying eyes of feminists and mangina's.

I want to comment on Parlay's picture, but I don't want to use the reply function and replicate it.

The funny thing about that picture is, in any sane society, that sort of picture would be something that someone drew to make fun of fat chicks who think they're sexy. I don't know where it comes from, but I'd bet money that it's the opposite. I bet it was made by some fat positive chick (aka fat chick) as pro-fatty propaganda.
