Is there an audio program/self hypnosis thing that can help me gain a short-term confidence boost, prior to going sarging/listening to during bus trips to sarge locations?
I prefer to focus on day game.

Do 5 random, silly, warm-up approaches before "sarging". There you have your confidence boost.

Lift or have a playlist of some sort thats get you amped-lifting ALWAYS does it for me.
