Wanted some opinion on this -

Recently went out with a chick that I met at a hookah lounge, didnt think much of it but shes cute.. We met up last week and I took her to a bar / heavy making out but no sex.

She hit me up last weekend to hang out again but I had to flake due to work overload and told her I would hit her up later. These next 2 weeks are going to be really busy for me and I do not want to be taking her or anybody else out to drink/lay as Ive got a ton of work.

Should I hit her up and tell her Im going to be swamped, to maintain momentum, or just hit her up in a few weeks?

You can always ditch work for an hour to seal the deal. Don't make excuses for yourself. There's no way to put her on ice...she will either not care or she will move on.

Women have the attention spans of goldfish. If you go MIA for too long, she will find someone else to stimulate her. So yes, you should contact her. If anything you should use your schedule to get her over to your place.

Due to work schedule differences meeting up involves going out when the only thing thats open is bars/clubs. Plus she lives fairly far so its going to end up being an all night thing, and next weekend im out of town.

Otherwise Im feeling you on the excuses thing. A million excuses or a million $..

If you truly can not make any time to bang send her a text every few days and chat for a little bit. End it by telling her not to distract you so much

Consider telling her you've gone exclusive with a girl you've been seeing. Reconnect in a few weeks; say you broke it off for some alpha reason.

If you cant or wont see her in person then you're going to have to gouge her interest every so often during these two weeks. Westerncancer is on the money here. She hit you up to hang out without any incentive. Thats a good sign she's interested. Now what you have to do is get her nice and primed up sexually so when you guys do finally meet up again a bang is almost guaranteed. Despite meeting in a hookah lounge Im hoping she was wearing something sexy that you can bring up in your texts such as a dress or high heels. Perhaps you can clarify a little bit?

If you made a mark on her, she'll remember. If you text too much, you'll come off as needy, so make the texts sparse and few and far between. The fact that you flaked on her due to work shows that you're higher value, and she respects that.

Accommodate her in your life, never let her accommodate you.

So what ended up happening is that I got more busy and flaked on her again after we made plans. (a bunch of family shit has been happening recently). Then I randomly met another chick in a bar who I have been seeing since, so I didn't really end up pursuing the girl from the OP.

However, I actually did text her 2 days ago and shes like "who is this I don't save my numbers." I explained who I was then asked her if shes down to "grab a drink tonight" and she said "ive got plans." I told her that's cool lets do something a different day but she never got back to me. Will hit her up again later. I think if I hit her up a few more times she will eventually end up giving in because she was really feeling me a few weeks before.
