Fuuckman ive beem fucking aroundwith this and other shit too much. Been dropping Molly and railing uppers. Now for like the last 5 days I'm at the absolute fucking bottom. Like right now I'm on 3 milligrams xanax and a 6 packand I cant go in a crowd without a panic attack.

This thread really brings up the idea of moderation. A few drinks, something to smoke, a couple lines, whatever your drug(s) of choice are, it's pretty much all good as long as you don't overdo it. Sitting around for 12 hours straight doing blow is no fun. Spending five days alternating between ecstasy and xanax is putting yourself through psychological hell.

The sooner you learn to moderate the better. Some creatures (think Keith Richards) have the ability to do everything all the time but they are the rare exception and they leave a trail of dead, beaten, and broken bodies in their wake because people think they can keep up with them.

Then again, the only way to learn your limitations is through experiencing some epic benders, just be careful.
