Am planning on going to rio in the near future and wanted to know what type of girl this is and where I have a good chance of seeing them I. E. mestizo, white, mulatatto.

Therefore you should travel to southern Brazil (Porto Alegre, Joinville, Blumenau, and a lot more cities in the state of Rio Grande do Sul) These areas have lots of european looking girls but with brazilian bodies

You can find that kind of girl everywhere in Brasil but more predominantly in the south. However, that doesn't mean that access to her will be easy. The better questions to ask is not where that kind of girl can be found but how good is your Portuguese, how strong and tight is your social circle, how long you will stay there and how much of a bank roll you have. If you speak good to fluent portuguese, have a cool LOCAL social group to plug into right away, stay at least a month or more and have some good coin, then you can get access to this type of patricinha looking girl. However, if you don't speak a lick of portuguese, have no cool local friends, are on a tight budget, are staying for a week or 2 at most and you dress like the ghetto dwelling brothas who have been coming to Rio "rolling" with their oversized baskbetall or US football jerseys, huge baggy pants almost falling and with big fake bling bling hanging from your neck, then you have no chance at all as these kinds of girls wouldn't want to be seen even dead with that kind of guys.

There are many colombian girls with her skin tone in Medellin, Bucaramanga, etc. Though she has a more peculiar brazilian look.

I've seen "ghetto dwelling brothas" you mentioned pulling some amazingly beautiful chicks in Porto Alegre just like that! Haha. But it's bc they have game in Brazilian Portuguese and possibly the right social circles too.

I dont think most Brazilian men care about that sort of stuff, the way they do in the USA. Guys dont go to prison for that here, unless they actually physically raped or it was an actual child. Brazilian people are not naive or dishonest to themselves about sex.

You still have to be careful. It is a federal crime for a US Citizen to travel abroad and have sex with an underage girl - regardless if it is legal in the country where you are.

This has happened before. If the US authorities find out, you can be toast. -

You would have to be a fool for them to find out. In the end I am not advocating doing that for others. Just that I dont plan on going back to the US..... so I live by the laws of the country where I am staying.

Like Titan and Vacancier Permanent said, the best place in Brazil to find girls like her is the south. I would recommend Florianopolis, Balneario Camboriu and other coastal cities of Santa Catarina state (but you should go there only in the summer). You could also head to Curitiba and Porto Alegre, though I don't find the latter quite appealing to a traveler.

However, although the south has the hottest chicks, they're the most difficult to bang in Brazil IMO.
