[u]I'm living in Spain and I usually have many contact with erasmus people,and I have to say that the most beautiful are the baltic girls who come here..(estonia,letonia,lituania..).

They're by far the prettiest of all nationalities who come here and I was amazed of the education and modals they had..(they speak english quite well(and spanish too),they're polite,most of them are studying in the university or have finished successfully their career..

Yes, and also other E European countries. There was a big shortage of men in Poland at one stage since the dudes were going to work in UK, but since then Poland's economy has picked up, more of the men are returning home.

Regarding the BBC article, they talk about a beautiful 29yr old who cannot find an eligible man. This is actually more to do with the fact that she's on the scrapheap at that age, men her own age and older are banging the 21 year olds.

Interesting what is said about suicide rates and capitalism putting ore pressure on men to succeed financially.

A lot of this rings true with Ukraine:

"They want to find partners who are equal to them. But a man, having all this choice, doesn't need to be very perfect.

"He just sits in front of the TV and knows he can get a woman. And if she doesn't suit him, he will get another.

"Smart women simply don't want to have such men as their partners," she adds.
