Throughout history women always had urges to be sluts. But throughout history women have also been punished and shamed for such behavior, so it was socially unacceptable (and often downright physically dangerous) for them not to toe the society moral line.

Enter the advent of American rabid-style feminism and emergence of internet, and especially of so-called social media (primarily FB), and the playing field is vastly different than it ever was. Although being a slut is a lot more permissible and forgiving in the U.S. nowadays (since the societal border lines of morality have shifted), at the surface level it is still largely a domain of more "forward", more "adventurous" females. In other words, even though most American women (of certain age and profile) engage in nasty slutty behavior today, only smaller numbers are actively and publicly OK with the outright im age of being a slut (which includes certain public behavior and dress codes).

That is until the American slut groupthink realized that under the disguise (no pun intended) of loose feminist agenda (aka well used vagina) they could hijack one silly holiday a year and make it bend to this purpose. So under the "benign" umbrella of Halloween, the slutty urges can now be freely indulged, acted upon, promoted and shoved in the society's face, with virtually ALL AMERICAN WOMEN (but especially college students) now being free and encouraged (monkey see, monkey do) to bring their inner biological urges to their outter social appearances, on that one special day, without fear of any potential societal consequences whatsoever.

And if any man or men calls them on this, the group's reflexive response is likely to include something about how men are so square and uptight and how we can't stand women having "harmless fun", and how "all is being in our heads".

At the intersection of American feminist agenda and mass computer technologies the women natural slutty urges combined with the thrill of social exhibitionist urges in order to create a "perfect crime" on that one day of the year:

Women who are physically seen as sluts and whores, but who paradoxically aren't somehow to be mentally understood as such.

Wrap your dick head around that one, pal.

Is this really that common to dress like this while Halloween for american girls , or is this just exagerrated?
But yes I know this phenamenon,because at my town we have basically the same thing but it's called Carnival.
It's the perfect opportunity for them to dress up really provokingly and noticeable.
I think it's basically a syndrom of so called Attention-whoring, even though it's the only day where they've the guts to do it.
It get's interesting though when girls who you thought are "graue Mäuse"* do this .

But I've to say that those girls shown here take it quite far, you won't see so many of them doing it like that. Which could be also because Carnival is in february and it's quite cold here at that time.

(*Graue Maus (grey mice) = german term for a girl who definetly has potential, but actually she always wears ugly uncolorful stuff, never does her hair neither puts up make up and doesn't show skin. We have alot of those here in Germany.)

Halloween is the full and complete manifestation of the hamster

the reason the "hamster" exists is because the average girls has 2 very different ideologies competing for her:

1. Girls think they should be chaste, respectful, housewives, blah blah blah
2. Girls think they should be sexually liberated, career driven "modern women"

Both sides have their rights and wrongs, but the hamster is basically what happens when a girl tries to be both a slut and a virgin, and it ends up messing with a persons psyche.

You have too many virgins trying to be sluts, you have too many sluts trying to be virgins, and in the end you get some damaged people.

It's the same reason why "50 Shades of Grey" is a massive seller; most women, particularly American women, are seriously stuck with a sort of madonna/whore complex and go around aping what they think feminist success is most of the time, then aping what they think sexy is when they find what they think is a reasonable venue.

But for the vast majority, it's just that: putting on the appearance of what they think success and sexy is, hoping desperately that the mask, given time, becomes the face itself. But it's all appearance--there's no there there. Most women are massively interested in looking sexy, but as near as I can tell fairly few are really interested in being good at sex.

I'd say no, it isn't. If girls wore modest dress more and attention whored less, they'd be easier to game, value interactions with men more, have lower bitch shields, and be less flakey.

Do you like stuffing singles in a stripper's G string more than you do banging girls? Well, the sluttier they dress the better.

Yes it is, no exaggeration.

Was out in Seaside Heights NJ last Saturaday (before it was destroyed by Sandy) and almost every girl had a slutty ass costume. Not that I was complaining. Some of the fat ones should had worn potato sacks.

Women would dress like sluts all the time if they could (knowing it gets them tons of attention), but on Halloween they can do it without shame. No social consequences. That's the only reason, it's not any more complicated.
