What do you guys think of this show?

It's an absurdist, vulgar lil slice of heaven. So fucking funny.

I find Kenny Powers pretty, gasp, ALPHA, in the expanded Roissy definition. A dude who can consistently pull with desirable women and has the dark triad personality traits: dominence, narcissism and psychopathy. He's totally unattractive, dumb, but get aways with it most of the time because of his unyielding belief in himself.

Even though the series seems to exist in an alternate, ridonkulous universe, the alphaness that Kenny exhudes would play out it similarly in our reality: he's fucking about 3 to 7 sweet bitches a year: not that impressive, I know, but it's pretty good for a fat, vaguely Jewey-looking, curly-haired retard.

I haven't watched the most recent season but I can still remember watching the opening for the first season with him on that jet ski with that naked chick.

I was hooked after that.

I also go on youtube every so often to watch his "I am a real american" intro during his mexican baseball career. IF YOU HAVENT SEEN THE SHOW MUST WATCH VIDEO

I actually just implemented a new technique for qualifying girls this fall.

When I meet girls, I randomly bring up the name "Kenny Powers" or "Eastbound and Down" in conversation.

If they smile and say how hilarious he is, I know I can work with that.
If they say he's so dumb, immature, and childish, I know we have a girl with feminist thoughts swirling in her head.
If they never saw it, I stay neutral and further qualify

Hasnt failed me yet. Only one time I gave a chick a pass for hating on Kenny Powers. Not 15 minutes later, she is arguing how she is feminine and submissive, but should never have to follow a man....

LOL never make an exception to the Kenny Powers rule. Any chick who hates on Kenny Powers and calls him "creepy" or "childish" will never be the feminine girl you want in a relationship. How she views men like Kenny Powers is directly correlated to how she will eventually view me lol.

PS: This can also be used for men when looking for wingmen/friends. The level of hilarity they find in Kenny Powers directly correlates to how well I will I will get along with them. If a dude doesnt find Kenny funny, I dont wanna be there friend. If they cry from laughter when they watch, I might have just found a best friend.

Just watch my man in Action. Tell me this isnt an exact conversation us RVF'ers would have? I can imagine Roosh and El Mechanico breaking down Ass vs Titties just like this:

This show is hilarious, and I find Danny McBride just plain funny period. He basically plays the same character in every movie, but he's so good at it that you still laugh. I loved the scene where him and his baby mama went out and ended up getting in a fight with another couple while playing miniature golf. Classic.

Really glad they brought Eastbound back, it filled the void left when Trailer Park Boys stopped.

Two of the best comedies out of North America this past decade.

His internal reality is so far from his external reality he has to cling to the Kenny Powers superstar identity to avoid sinking into a deep depression. He passingly mentions being depressed a few times and makes his self help audiobooks as a form of self-therapy. He fucks nearly everything up as soon as it starts becoming too real and his relationships are all entirely selfish. The episode I saw he just dumped that big bootied Mexican chick then had a meltdown on the baseball field. Its like she finally realized he was getting more serious because Kenny Powers: Superstar has to have a hot bitch on lock. He melts down on the baseball field because he realizes hes close to actualizing his dreams of being a star athlete again.

I feel bad for the guy, hes extremely delusional. Contrast that with a similar show such as Archer and I didn't get the same response. Sterling Archer is very similar, but he does have redeeming qualities. Kenny Powers doesn't have much of anything.
