Hey guys.

I have began to notice a nice upgrade to my style. And its helped me keep this "I'm the shit no matter what happens mindset". But I always wanted to know, how do you iron shirts? V-necks and button ups preferably.

I like my super pink v-neck and all of my clothes. While I could go all badass and wear my clothes all wrinkled, I'm sure learning how to iron will make my clothes appear fresher. Which makes me appear and feel fresher and makes me spit fresher game. To get some fresh pussy.

Anyone got good skills with the iron? Help me out!

For button ups, iron them straight out of the washing machine and hang dry. The damp cloth will interact with the iron creating steam and getting out the wrinkles. For minor wrinkles, buy a steamer. You should be able to find a standing steamer for less than $30 at Target/Walmart. They are super quick and easy to use - much less of a pain in the ass than busting out an iron just for minor wrinkles.

It's like riding a bicycle, you just have to keep at it until something clicks and then you know how to iron.

Find an iron with a bigass huge metal base, don't buy one of those pink girly ones with only a few mm for the base, you want that heavy metal base to ease out the wrinkles.

Fill the iron with water, plug it in, put it on a low heat setting, and experiment away. As you get more comfortable with, raise the heat setting.

Cotton requires a high heat setting, delicate fabrics a lower heat setting, and never iron over a print, the print will melt.

Always leave the iron in an upright position when you walk away from the board, or you'll cause a fire one day when you forget to switch it off.

I don't see how guys "never iron". You've got to look fresh and polished. I bust out the hotel iron regularly and keep one ready to go at the crib.

Exactly. Good dress shirts need to be taken to the cleaners. Ironing pants and t-shirts will make you look like a HERB!!!

One of those annoyances you just have to live with (I dread washing my linen clothes because of the requisite ironing of what comes out of the washer looking like a wad of newspaper).

Actually, ironing most things isn't too bad, but for some reason I have a devil of a time with shirt sleeves, particularly if they have French cuffs. I don't know why that would be--there's no reason the cuffs should make any difference. They just task me for some reason.

So basically Ali, just iron button ups and when it comes to my pants/jeans and t-shirts just hit it with the steamer?

I got burned out on ironing in the military. All my dress shirts goes to the cleaners. Regular button downs come out of the dryer while still warm. I don't always machine dry, but fluff and hang dry.

The only time I iron is in a hotel room when things come out a bit wrinkled. Annoying. True alphas always have a bitch on hand to to do this shit. jejeje.





Didn't watch the vid so I have no idea how well the did, but she's hot and hot girls ironing gives me a stiffie. Unfortunately she is one in a million.

I hate ironing more than I love pressed clothes so I only iron items that absolutely must be ironed, like dress shirts. I'm too cheap to take them to the cleaners, or hire a maid but I hate ironing enough that's it's a close decision.

I learned how to iron a dress shirt from this video. Not as hot as that one above, but whatever, I want advice on how to be a man from a man anyways.
