However, pseudo-socializing device addictions like Fakebook have a limiting factor in human neurology: It takes thousands of years to really change that significantly, there'll still be side-doors. Since women ultimately need to be physically touched, if you can start to program them more directly through physical means you may be able to temporarily pull them out of the cybertrance/Matrix-Mind.

You'll have to actively adopt psychological counter-Matrix techniques. Of course,
like all forms of social control you have to have some status ( alpha dominant bla bla) to be listened to, but once you have frame control, you can say stuff like:

"As long as you're on that phone, you're not an individual. You're just being programmed by people who are observing you- so-called friends-- to conform." Shit like that.

The article made me think of weekends with a chick, "Don't bring your phone."
Or have her turn it off most of the time she's with you.
Could be done with a steady once you indoctrinate her.

This is not optimal for guys who constantly want new chicks, but the trade off is they're so hyperactive their iPhones just make them more open to ONS mentality, as a previous poster stated.

If you want ONS, you can't really complain about the lack of deep communication with a straight face. Your place in the ecosystem requires that.

As for the thread, I don't know if economic crisis will put any dent in it. There are cheaper smartphones than the iPhone's attention-whoring device around, and Samsung Galaxies are all the rage right now. I barely any girl who doesn't have one, and even if they're poor they'll still buy it via a subscription (effectively a loan with a large interest rate).

Doom and gloom have been around since people were predicting the end of the world in the year 1000.

In case you REALLY want an argument for doom, I've read the Sun expands in about half-billion years and engulfs the Earth in temperatures too hot for any life to continue. That's some real doom.

But really, they thing to worry about is that you will be old in something like 8000 days. That's for SURE.

The most likely scenario is that life doesn't change that much, you are really preoccupied during that period, and all of a sudden you realize it's not the WORLD that's doomed-- it's YOU.

smart phones and technology probably won't go anywhere but it's only a matter of time before it's proliferation nullifies it's effect.

When every girl has a smart phone and every girl is bombarded by beta texts, then you'll see the evolution of game to adapt to it.

JMHO, are all these made in China? if so, they are probably made by workers earing 50 cents an hour or some hideously low figure like that. IF, AND THIS IS A BIG IF, there were some massive upheaval, and all these workers actually want a lot more than a measly 50cents/ hour, these smartphones are going to get a whole lot more expensive
