When to lead and when to follow
If there is one piece of advice I can give young guys and it's something I have to constantly remind myself of, it's this:

Lead physically but follow emotionally.

What this means is that you must lead the girl sexually but you must follow her emotionally. For example, NEVER ever say I love you first. Whatever the girl does emotionally you should always be feeling you are just behind her not ahead waiting for her. If you are feeling like you are waiting for her to catch up to you emotionally then you are ahead of her and in the wrong position. Don't express more emotions than a girl. They will see this as a weakness. Try to match her emotions by about 80%. So this way you are always following her emotionally. Call her two times for her three etc.

On the other hand, you must lead sexually. If she is sitting in your bed you must initiate the kiss, then continue to all the bases. On the date the same thing. Walk a little bit ahead of her, take her hand, touch her. All sexually contact should be initiated by you.

Finally, remember Mystery very good advice: "the game is played in comfort." Don't do anything to make the girl too uncomfortable. Leading emotionally will make her much more uncomfortable than anything you do sexually. She expects your sexual advances but will view your emotional advances as weird and it will make her uncomfortable.
