I have a really ticklish abdominal area/stomach.

When girl hops on top of me I get really squirmish/uncomfortable

Is there a way to condition against that?

With a shirt on I look normal or even athletic. But I do have a bit of fat rolls on my stomach - is that why? I'm not obese or anything though
