I think she is half white. Not a common look in Thailand. Not sure about other parts of Asian, but I don't think so. She doesn't look all that Asian to me.

They reason for this is East Asian Blepharoplasty aka Asian Double Eyelid surgery.

Every girl Asian girl you see on TV, even on the Korean/Japanese channels here in Hawaii has had it. Here's a youtube video where the girls all have it.

It's a popular trend right now in Japan, the word for it is Hamasaki girl, because they want to look like Ayumi Hamasaki.
